A really fun stealth build I've been having a lot of fun with is Monitor and Abuse -8m TR out of chase paired with the brown light addon for -4m TR when your power is on cool down and the green pillow addon for a further -6m TR making you a 14m TR killer. You don't need to worry about the 50% longer charge time from the pillow as we will run that with Nurses Calling to slice and dice from a far and get some really fun downs. I have been using pop and no where to hide to compliment the build. Definitely give this a try!

Furtive chase with friends to the end is fun too. You're always getting a bonus when hooking someone, whether it's exposing the obsession when hooking someone who isn't the obsession, or getting haste and undetectable when you do.

If you want a really out of the box build idea for chucky, is run hard hat and running shoes with game afoot. I like to run this with the enduring/SF/Hubris combo, and oh boy is it fun. Breaking the pallets while scampering builds stacks on SF.

The combination of bamboozle and superior anatomy on Chucky is absolutely incredible. Not only does bamboozle also activate after a window scamper, the fact that Chucky is so small means that if you go one way and vault last second the survivors literally cannot tell until it’s too late, giving you a free hit. I’ve been using it to great effect in a build with lethal pursuer and no gen slowdown and haven’t lost a game in 10+ matches

Thanks for these builds, Otz. It's always refreshing to see unorthodox (aka non-meta) ideas crop up. Hopefully innovation leads to new discoveries. Speaking of, I'm anticipating an uptick in Legions when Batteries Included changes. BFFs, BI, and Noed. End Game Legions are gonna be running around at least for a little bit. I think anyway. I dunno if that's something others are anticipating or if I'm just talking wild.

I’ve been running either BBQ, Dead man’s, Hysteria and Starstruck OR BBQ, Enduring, Hubris and Terminus as my main builds With the first build, it’s more focused on timing when you use your stealth cooldown. Activating it after a hook to catch an unsuspecting Starstruck victim off guard while the passive footsteps scare people off of gens for DMS value. Hysteria can be swapped for plaything but it’s mainly used so you can cycle your stealth with its activation time. No need to cloak and reveal you’re in stealth with the fake footsteps when you can walk around while they’re oblivious. Build number 2 is more straightforward, eating and scampering under pallets to force hubris value with terminus as a flex slot (Im running it to counter adrenaline)

My personal favorite build to go is (Trails of Torment, Furtive Chase, Hex Plaything~ and then any other perk of your choice, but I usually take Hex: Retribution with this build) The amount of times I've pulled survivors off gens because I'm undetectable but not in hidey-ho mode is insane. and this is just generally a really fun stealth jumpscare build to try on poor unsuspecting survivors! (it does even better when you bring a Murky Reagent addon) to make it even harder for survivors to spot you

An alternative in the obsession build would be DMS, because every time you hook the obsession with FTTE, another survivor becomes the obsession and screams, so that could combo with DMS well (in my games it works very good)

I’ve been going in with the mentality to just try new builds and have fun, & practice. Only letting the frustration go so far this time around. What I just came up with on him (and now can‘t play without) is I‘m All Ears, Thrilling Tremors, Floods of Rage and Make Your Choice. Just a nice combo of aura reading, navigation and instadowning. For example in the beginning I chase someone, IAE helps me down them and hook them on a scourge hook. Then Thrilling shows where I need to go next, chase that person, all the while the other gets unhooked, letting me see everyone, including the exposed one. I get them or the one I‘m chasing right now, scourge hook, and repeat. I‘m having so much fun playing as Chucky, gotta be one of my favorite killers.

I will die on the hill of how fun endgame chucky is, the combo of his green addons that give you auras when dashing, and the one that increases dash distance by 70% during endgame, plus terminus (or noed but i think broken is better so you can use the power more) no way out, remember me and rancor (to make the obsession more careful in the endgame and less likely to go to open the door). Its not the most powerful build but its fun, the 70% dash lasts for so long no one expects it

Since your using rancor in the obsession build it would make more since to switch nemesis out for game afoot because it's much easier and more time efficient (usually) to hit a survivor twice than it is to hit them once after a stun in the end game

My go-to build for Chucky has been Hubris/Enduring/Spirit Fury/Surge. You basically become the ultimate M1 menace who can take risky hits at every pallet, which works wonders for a killer who excels at blindsiding pallet campers. If they stun you, they're exposed and you can catch up with slice and dice. If you break the pallet with Spirit Fury, it's basically an instadown. If they pre-drop everything, you just get easy Spirit Fury charges and catch up with slice and dice after breaking them. And Surge just helps with gen regression without having to waste time outside of chase.

Friends till the End can be countered if the obsession enters a locker when a survivor gets picked up. Since it’s only active half of the exposed duration, you can wait till it’s halfway over and hop back out.

I'm usually not one for copying builds (I like to try to find what works best for me), but I tried this Obsession Roulette build and have been running it all day. I'm not sweating gens, I go from one chase to the next quick, and wrap everything up with a Mori. Such a fun build.

I love the obsession roulette build, but i prefer furtive chase over rancor, since you get more stealth over all after hooking the obsession, allowing you to choose if you want the obsession or get someone else who might be in a worse position

I bought xenomorph originally for ultimate weapon and rapid brutality, but when I was making a huntress build, I decided to slap on alien instinct as a substitute for barbecue. (Alien instinct activates after hooking a survivor. Once active, you see the farthest injured survivor for 5 seconds.) I found out that it gave me very valuable information on survivors doing gens or survivors healing and it helped me win many games, so when Chucky came out, I decided to use the perks scourge hook pain resonance, Friends til’ the end, and alien instinct. For the fourth perk, I switched it between scourge hook, floods of rage and lethal pursuer but I couldn’t tell you which I like better. This build gave me so much information all the time and I found that it really fit my playstyle. It’s also worth considering that the 1 or 2 survivors you see after hooking someone will be insta down because the obsession will become exposed, and the other survivor is injured, and combining that with Hidey-Ho mode, this build becomes quite strong. I really hope to see more fun perk builds like this one from otz not only for Chucky, but for other killers as well. I hope you all have fun with Chucky and happy holidays.

Yeah, I agree. Like Wesker, Chucky has IMMENSE viable build variety potential. I've been running the Annoying Midget build of Franklin's Demise, Surge/Jolt, Thanataphobia, and Hex: Gift of Pain along with the Straight Razor addon for Sloppy Secondary and Silk Pillow. Alternatively, I've tried a Gen-Stab build with Nowhere to Hide, Trail of Torment, Dragon's Grip, and Overcharge (leave gens at bad tiles/Shack alone and pick a hunting ground where you slowly clear out the obstacles). Addons: Running Shoes plus Rat Poison. This enables chaining Undetectable and Aura Reading. Then there's the Super-Stealth Chucky that runs Monitor&Abuse alongside Silk Pillow and Strobing Light to reduce his TR to an absurdly small range. Then you just spend the match jump-scaring people with whatever you like.

With sloppy people stay injured more often especially when I'm against people who aren't queued together, so it's easier to use slice and dice.

My current Chucky build: Friends Til The End, Make Your Choice, Monstrous Hook, Devour Hope and no add-ons or offerings. I've been playing DBD since Nemesis. I only played killer for the first month and then went exclusively survivor until I heard the announcement of Chucky. I practiced maybe 15-20 matches in total once I heard with various killers just going for adept. I'm just sharing my experience for reference to my skill level so you truly understand the potential of this build. I played 7 matches with Chucky before I got adept. Since then I have played 10 more matches with only the previously mentioned build and my record is 8-2 with every win being a 4k. I also play on console for anyone that cares.

Corrupt is lowkey ass with chucky, you can almost ALWAYS find a survivor and down them pretty fast, which deactivates the perk. Btw rancor is a fun choice for an endgame build, however furtive chase works REALLY well on here, since you're both stealthier, faster and get rewarded for using the "weaker" part of friends till the end. I'm glad to see nemesis unironically actually being good now lol

I've found Spirit Fury, Chucky's Stun Blinding Perk and Trail of Torment (and currently Oppression added for Gen control) a fun Build, as the Spirit Fury breaking a Pallet blinds whoever stuns, giving you a quick hit a few seconds after usually. Trail of Torment for the Funny Stealth as a 1 foot tall doll lmao

I haven't ran a single generator perk on Chucky since release and I haven't felt like I needed it whatsoever. He is just so good at splitting pressure and getting quick hits that you can snowball using chase builds extremely easily. Coup is absolutely incredible on him as well as -- unironically -- Batteries Included. Sloppy, especially makes creating split pressure significantly easier (even more so if you also take Straight Razor). There's just so much perk variety and it's probably one of my favorite aspects about him.

I've actually been having a lot of fun with the obsession targeting build, although I do not have Nemesis at the moment. Instead, I've been running Friends Till the End with Furtive Chase, since it's new effect makes you undetectable and gives a move speed boost which can help a lot with remaining practically invisible most of the game. I've caught many people off guard with it and it's super fun.

Friends till the end can be easily countered, once the obsession knows you have it all they have to do is get in a locker for a few seconds when the killer picks up. This happened with a spirit I went against, she basically only had 3 perks because I just kept denying friends till the end lol

Oh gosh, It was Otz, and I appeared in a Otz video XD I feel very strange watching the match from the killer side. I was the Dwight with the diamonds sweater. I'm awful at looping so I tend to go with the stealth build and trying to rescue and doing gens. I remember that Rippley at 6:44 I had just injected her my medikit needle, I was glad it worked. The tactic at the end 11:35, indeed caught me off guard, I effectively was near of that gate, but when I saw myself with the rancor, I panicked a bit and ran away to the other half of the map. Then it took me a while to accept my death and I started to do vaults and jumps in that area to atract you, thinking, well at least while I die, my partner could open the gate and escape, but you didn't come, then later you hit him and I went there thinking if I could help somehow, but I din't know what to do, I couldn't take damage. Well, that moment at 12:14 caught me also by surprise, I feared my scratch marks gave me away, but it took me a lot to react. Watching this again, at least that small distraction helped my partner after all. Good match XD

I have had great success since release with id say kind of a variation of your "Obsession Roulette" Build. I run: Friends till the End / Nemesis / Make your choice / Dead Mans Switch The Beauty about this one is that it snowballs very Hard. When you hook someone you always see aura of someone new to down and the Screams from Friends till the End trigger Dead Mans Switch a lot. I sometimes swap Make your choice for lethal pursuer, mostly for the 2 seconds extra aura it gives on everything. If you have the addons unlocked you guys should definetly try it, its hella fun

I use what I call stealth Chucky. Add-ons are Silk Pillow and Strobing Light. Main perk is Monitor & Abuse, while the other 3 aren't as impactful and you can tinker with the build, I use BBQ & Chili, Lethal Pursuer and Hex: Face The Darkness. You have a 14m terror radius for most of the match while most of the remainder time is being at 0m with the last bit being at 18m. Rarely will you be in the terror radii that are higher than that and it is a good way to sneak up on players since that terror radius is not very commonly used on him.

As a p6 chucky main i started using Friends,nurses calling,sloppy and surge/jolt And i still use it! If you're a Ghosty main, it feels like that to use this + scares for the survivors 😏 And as add-ons i can recommend jump rope(longer duration slice & dice by 8%) and rat poison(aura reveal while slice & dice 10s 12 meters) try to use his power more in chase too u will be shocked to see so many lunge attacks u'll get!

right now my favorite build is: Furtive Chase, Friends 'Til The End, Nemesis and Enduring Furtive activates on hooking the obsession, giving you haste and stealth for 18 seconds, and then Friends activates swapping the obsession and applying Nemesis' oblivious it's really nice to hopefully sneak up on a target or two, tho you could change out enduring for something with more info like NTH or BBQ

My favorite build so far? Friends till the end, deadlock, jolt/eruption, and interchangeable last perk. (Machine learning is a funny one) Now as long as I can get one survivor, friends till the end will reveal my obsession and I can track them down. Once I hook the obsession, someone else screams triggering deadlock and giving me a new direction while jolt or eruption continues to do work in the passive

I ran a similar build to your hit and run except I ran his double terror radius reduction addons with monitor and abuse for a very small terror radius! This combined with sloppy and nurses and a perk of your choice you can easily sneak up on unsuspecting victims without even the use of your power 😁

I had a Chucky run Dragon’s Grip with Insidious. He’s so small that he’s probably the best killer to run that combo since he can hide so well lol

My go to build is: Tinkerer (too many gen grabs to count) Friends til the end (always in chase honestly better than bbq) Eruption (slow down) and either AA batteries (to pair with tinkerer if you get to the gen too late) or Superior anatomy (makes him broken and scary to go against)

Ive had a ton of fun with a build similar to your first one but leaning even more into the obsession switching. Its friends till the end, nemesis, furtive chase, and hysteria. With this build you get a ton of info, stealthyness and lethality wrapped into one. I asked people ive faced how it was playing against it and they were typically confused after the match because they were constantly oblivious, revealed, and potebtially exposed.

The build I have been running has been very fun and is all about hunting the obsession. Furtive Chase combos very well with Friends till the End, while Lethal Pursuer extends the aura reading and gives that start of game advantage. Originally I also ran Rapid Brutality, but found it to not work as well for me (it might for others) and have been experimenting with other perks. The add-ons are simple, the Automatic Screwdriver and Jump Rope for extra cooldowns.

I already used something close to the obsession roulette, and I came up with it myself. My build changes out nemesis for monitor and it’s really fun especially since chucky is kinda a stealth killer

Chucky is not a stealth killer at all. His stealth ability lasts for a few seconds and survivors can hear him approaching because he giggles while using this ability so they can hear you from the distance

My go-to Chucky off-meta perk is Trails of Torment. Because you are so small, without a terror radius most survivors get totally lost and I run constantly into survivors who are, quite literally, oblivious of me. Like they scan the surrounding, while I walk straight up to them in some tall grass, behind some clutter or whatever an then BOOM! Hidey-Ho! Muwahaha.

My Chucky build Ruin + DMS not because its good you can still lose ruin before you run into anyone, but because I love watching the survivors get paranoid at the fake footsteps. then the last two fillers I run either Pain Res or Spirit Fury. I think for me Chucky builds are best when you use perks that don't require you to walk around too much, because Chucky isn't Blight, Spirit or Wesker who can get around really fast and still have a chase power by the time you get to a gen to use your Pop.

more people need to start running saboteur; being able to see scourge hooks and try to delay pain res by using it or a toolbox is game changing. most of time so many players run pop w/ pain res, and it hurts, especially if they tunnel the first hook out. or if they don't want to commit time to sabotage, breakdown.

My most successful builds for chucky have been stbfl, rapid brutality, nowhere to hide and eruption or lethal pursuer, sh floods of rage, friends till the end, and sh gift of pain.

I use -Lethal pursuer -Floods of Rage -Pop Goes The Weasel -Trail of torment sneaky aura read build, at first I had furtive chase instead of pop but Chucky gets gen rushed in larger maps
