As I promised, here is my first translation from the Italian version of Notre-Dame. I could now use several lines to describe how wonderful this song is, how good the interpreter is and everything, but it would only be a waste of time, since this performance doesn't need any explanation to show its greatness, so....just enjoy!

Very good translation, but there is a little mistake: "con le sue mani popolari", "popolari" is not "common" but "Of the people". In 1400s in France, Italy and many countries there were poor people that in Italy was called "popolo", so "popolari" means "del popolo" (of the people) Otherwise this translation is very good, well done!!!

E infatti, non dimenticare che "common" in inglese non significa semplicemente "comune", ma la connotazione è proprio "di tutti, della gente" e quindi "del popolo". Arriva addirittura a significare "volgare, delle classi basse" ;)
