As recent as 3 years ago, David Shaw got so much love from the media for being such a great coach. Had him doing cohosting on espn during high profile games. But the whole time he was failing to meet expectations, especially once all of harbaughs players and people got out of there. He literally brought that program down the toilet yet for some reason you never hear anybody hold him responsible. Obviously I know he's not there this year but this has been the case for at least 5-6 years. He inherited a program winning 10-12 games a year his first year and then had them not even making a bowl his last few. Not to mention thr pac 12 was as weak as ever during his last years too. He just sucks

Very disappointing season for Notre Dame fans. Sorry, but 9-3 just isn't good enough. Not this year. I kept hearing how this team was better than any of Brian Kelly's ND teams, yet he finished the regular season undefeated 3 different times. And this team loses 3 games?? Blew a huge one to Ohio State with a total meltdown in the final minute, got absolutely manhandled by Louisville, and then lost to a barely mediocre Clemson team that was 4-4 at the time. And what's up with all these ridiculous turnovers against a bad 3-9 Stanford team??? This underachieving team should be better than 9-3.

That's probably one of the most idiotic comments I've ever read on youtube. Notre Dame, nor do any other teams pick their games based on the other team being easy to beat, genius 😆 The regular season schedules are made over five years in advance.
