The most unrealistic thing is the USC stadium being full to start the game.. USC doesn't reach full capacity til the 2nd quarter. The most realistic.. probably that 99 yard TD run on the USC defense with arm tackles.

The offense it's going to surprise a lot of people this year, we have a stable of running backs an offensive line that is young but all of them have had big game experience, a quarterback who just recently won a quarterback competition in which every big-name quarterback in college football participated in and won it because of his accuracy, and he's a really good athletic quarterback who can run an RPO probably the best in the country, and a receiving corps that underperformed last year but is prime to have a big season not to mention a very talented group of tight ends and an offensive coordinator that had the best offense in the country last year at LSU, we are going to surprise a lot of people and with the defense. Our defense is top tier in particular our secondary which is ranked 2nd behind OSU, but by the end of the season will be ranked #1, this is why we are ranked so high in the preseason and this is why so many people have us pegged to do some damage in the College Football Playoffs. I don't want to say anything more I don't want to jinx it and I'm knocking on wood, the health of this team is by far the most important thing to us having a really successful season. But we have some depth are starters are elite and we need them to stay in the game, and stay healthy. If we do that the sky is the limit. I cannot wait for the season to start I have not been this excited about I know today in season in a long time. I love the direction of the team, I love our coaching staff in particular are head coach Marcus Freeman, I love the work he puts in and recruiting and the work he demands from his assistant coaches and recruiting and I love the way he loves the University of Notre Dame and the way he truly cares about the players he coaches. All it's going to take is for us to have one really good season and the recruits are going to come streaming in, just like they did for Coach Holtz. So the haters can keep on hating and I know there's been seasons where Notre Dame was said to be dangerous and fizzled out in the big games, but in my opinion those days are over, the culture that Coach Freeman is building in South Bend is going to pay off and it's going to pay off big. LET'S GO 2024 FOOTBALL SEASON GET THIS THING ROLLING!!! ☘️GO IRISH!!!☘️
