November 2021 Raw came to Louisville and I brought my son. We were about 12 rows back from the ring and close to the ramp and he had his hand out for every wrestler who went down the ramp, and none of them gave him a fist bump or a high five. Except Rhea. She looked and saw him and got a big smile, leaned over and bumped his fist, and kept going down the way. I have the video from my phone, but on the broadcast, you see her smile, start to lean, then Kevin Dunn cuts to some other random crowd shot right by the ring, then cut back to her as she leaned back from him. Everyone in this house has been a hardcore Rhea fan ever since, altho we had already liked what she was doing to that point.

Only thing i think differentiates Charlotte and Rhea is that Charlotte is balanced between being a powerhouse and skillful type wrestler while Rhea leans towards more of a power house. Flair's ability to move ass sshe does with her size kinda sets her apart from most for me. One of the few that was decently balanced was ember moon, but WWE probably didn't see much fan base appeal towards her so she wasn't pushed on the big stages enough. he should have been the one to break Asuka's unbeaten streak, but Charlotte is understandably a bigger Wrestlemania attraction.
