ON was filmed at the Sepulveda Dam in Burbank, CA. They stayed in LA for something and they practiced with the local teen choreographer and her dance company. They also filmed the official music video in California. The one at the dam was one of their collaborations for their Kinetic Manifesto projects. They wanted to spread awareness about different art forms, groups, museums, etc. So there are two ON videos, both filmed near LA.

By the way, the place she kept finding. The place they filmed "ON:Kinetic Manifesto" was actually in the U.S., in L.A.. It the LA wash, at the Sepulveda Bridge. It is actually a very well known place for filming. Like "Grease," "S.W.A.T.," a film that had Justin Timberlake in it. Something about time. And countless videos prior to theirs. One that was done in the 90's. It was either Missy Elliot or Busta Rhymes. I can't quite remember which one.. So you see, not so hard to find.....I'm sure that if you were aware about you would've been able to find it when you were there. Oh and the Simpsons did a show when they went to Koreatown and they showed signs with BTS on it. And I believe they played one of their songs. American t.v. is picking up on k pop. Even a show called Lucifer played a Shinee song "Lucifer." Hope some of this helped.

That's the Sepulveda Dam in LA. When they filmed the video there, I lived 10 minutes away. I wasn't Army then, but when I saw the MV, I was freaking out cause they were so close, but I didn't know.... I didn't know them yet. (Sigh)
