Hello. The person who posted the "Can BINI really sing?" video is my friend, and he definitely didn't make that video as bait. It's a really nice analysis of BINI's individual AND collective strengths as vocalists. I hope you can watch that, and maybe as well some more clips of Colet's singing. It's sad how all of these compilation videos you've watched only focus on Maloi and Jhoanna's vocals, considering that Colet is one of BINI's official main vocalists. Colet is also, frankly, their strongest vocalist in terms of technique. She has so much to offer, and KZbinrs often miss out when it comes to her singing.

These three ladies are really the "vocal pillars" of the group and they all have different things to offer. Jhoanna has a very high range of vocals, no question to that. I would say that Maloi is the most versatile one, she can go low, she can kill high notes, she can run through those riffs as if it's nothing. Then we have Colet, technicality-wise, she's definitely the most technical one, she's even the stand-in vocal coach of the group if it's just the eight of them, which is pretty evident when they're singing a capella or on-the-spot harmonization. Having all three of them together in one group is the best choice that the management had made for the group.

Filipinos have high vocal standards, BINI in the context of the best singers in the country are decent but far from best. But that’s beside the point. They are a jack of all trades, and for what they are trying to achieve, their vocal chops more than suffices.

@@alec187 It’s kinda pointless to compare them to the best singers in the country, though, because they were never marketed as that. We know they’re idol singers. In the context of idol singers in the Philippines, they’re definitely some of the strongest singers out there.

The "vocal battle" you mentioned seems cool. Though with BINI, they just have high respect with each others vocal capability and I don't think any member would want to outshine another just for the sake of flexing. Like BINI Colet had mentioned in the chronicles, she wants for all of them to grow together and nobody should be left behind.

7:53 i can recall one of their mall performances of "Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi" wherein the music cut off for a bit and you can hear their raw vocals and it was literally like being sent to heaven

They can all sing and have crazy ranges, but I think Stacey would have to be the one with the widest range. She can go low, and can also do a whistle.

Their vocals like their face card does not disappoint. Gwen is really good as well vocally and while she is not in the level of the Poste line (Main Vocal Line) of Colet, Maloi, and Jhoanna but her runs, and parts just highlights how good she is. While Stacey, Mikha, and Aiah is the rap line but they can also sing really well and bring so much depth with their low tones (Stacey and Mikha) and that soft, comforting tone of Aiah's voice. Sheena can't be overlooked as well as she can sing good as well aside from being the main dancer.

Gwen, mikha, aiah, stacey and colet are always the ones hitting the low notes in their songs. Blooms, correct me if im wrong. But gwen, stacey and colet are the highs and lows of the group. My fave vocals in the group are gwen and stacey. Stacey is one of the main rappers but can hit whistle notes meanwhile gwen is the vocal chameleon of the group. When one is missing in their performances she's mostly the one to cover for that missing member. She can literally copy their vocal tone. There's this one time aiah was on haitus and the memebrs did a performance. Gwen took on her part and blooms were so confuse coz we all thought it was aiah singing, turns out it was gwen all along.😭 Gwen is a perfect pitch so the members goes to her to check their pitch.

Right. Colet also sang with Clyde Ortencio (the guitarist when Maloi sang that UDD song), same night, but whoever made the video left out Colet's jam sesh with Clyde. I wonder why they keep leaving out Colet. It makes me sad. She's their strongest vocalist and an official main vocalist.

Eyyy I'm early!! You really can't deny BINI's vocals ong. Also we're hoping for more SB19 reactions. SB19 also have glorious and unique vocals that literally suit every genre (you'll know why). Really creative lyricism and production. Just inspiring men in general.
