NU’EST has 5 members: JR, Aron, Baekho, Minhyun, and Ren. The band debuted on March 15, 2012, under Pledis Entertainment (same company as Seventeen. While Minhyun promoted as a member of WANNA ONE, the rest of the members promoted as a sub-unit called NU’EST W (where u at still best song :) Hybe labels is a shareholder to pledis but it’s still an independent company. Most of the members didn’t renew their contracts with pledis after it expired so they disbanded. Some of my favorite Nuest songs are Love Me, Bet Bet, Face, love paint, inside out, and Good Bye Bye. Some of the members have acted as well. Hope this helped :)

Hearing the word "disband" referring to one of the first groups I entered kpop with... 💔 tears me up

It feels like a goodbye song because it is a farewell song 😭😭 NU'EST is from Pledis Entertainment (seventeen's label) and was the first boy group from Pledis. Jr, Baekho, Minhyun, and Ren competed on the 2nd season of Produce 101, and Minhyun ranked in the final 11 making him a member of the temporary group Wanna One. NU'EST 10 year contracts expired March 14 and only 2 of the 5 members renewed with pledis, so this is their final comeback as a group. they disbanded on their 10 year anniversary 🥺😭 If you want to dive into more of NU'EST discography, you should react to "Love Me", "I'm in Trouble", "Inside Out"

All nu'est songs are bangers, but first time listeners often love bet bet, I'm in trouble, hello, dejavu and where u at the most. The last two are nu'est W songs. A subunit created when one of the members, minhyun, was active in wanna one at the time. The have had a long journey with many ups and downs. If you are interested in their story I highly recommend 'the journey of nu'est (a documentary)' it does a great job of showing their story up until late 2017/early 2018. They disbanded because their contracts were done and three members decided to not resign (kinda happy with that because hybe/pledis mistreated and neglected them) Also if you are interested in the members: JR/Jonghyun: leader, main dancer, main rapper. when somebody is rapping it is usually him and the low voice is also usually him. Baekho: main vocal and he produces most of their songs. His high notes are higher than my grades. Minhyun: Lead vocalist. his voice is as sweet as honey Aaron: Lead rapper and lead vocalist. Also has a great voice. He is from L.A. and in earlier songs he often had english parts. Ren: sub vocalist and gorgeous visuals (they all have that tbh) His voice is just so lovely. I know this is a lot but I kinda got excited when I started writing about them. They are my ult group and will always be.

How do I explain who they are It's such a long story So... Why this song sounds like a goodbye song, you asked? Because it is a goodbye song. This is their final release as a group They released it on March 15th which also their anniversary date Yes.. they disbanded on their anniversary. NU'EST is a 5 membered group from PLEDIS Ent. (Other notable artists: After School, SEVENTEEN, PRISTIN, fromis_9, BUMZU) They debuted 10 years ago, on March 15 2012. Their story is really one of the kind Like a roller coaster (if you're curious you can search on youtube for fan-made documentary video about their journey. Prepare some tissue if you do) They disbanded after their contracts expire with the Pledis Ent. 2 of the members (Baekho and Minhyun) extend the contract and stay in the company while the other 3 (JR, Aron, Ren) did not and left the company as March 14 this year. They released this song as the title track of their last album as NU'EST. The album titled "Needle & Bubble" is labeled as 'the best' as it contains their previous hits. It has 10 songs in total, 8 re-mastered tracks and 2 new tracks (this one 다시, 봄 and another one titled Galaxy) If you want to check them out I suggested you give this album a listen. For MVs i highly recommend their debut track "FACE" And also these songs in this particular order: OVERCOME, LOVE PAINT, BET BET It's like a trilogy, pretty interesting Their whole discography is truly excellent You wont regret giving them a listen even though we won't get any new music from them again in the future I hope you'll check them out Thank you for your reaction I enjoyed it~ :))))

NU'EST's disbandment has come as a shock to EVERYONE as they were literally talking about releasing a new album and about future plans for the rest of this year in January/early February this year. Up until the official statement of their disbandment, they had never indicated that this was what they wanted to happen. All that fans can presume is that it was coming up to the renewal of each of their contracts and that they were put in a very difficult position in a meeting with both their company Pledis and the parent company that acquired Pledis a couple of years ago, HYBE, the same company that houses BTS, TXT and Enhypen. The dissolving of the group was sudden and it's very clear to fans that this is the case as Pledis had pre-prepared celebrations for NU'EST's 10th anniversary BEFORE the disbandment was finalised. The entire thing has been handled terribly. It's been rushed and has made it difficult for fans and non-fans to process and accept. As you know having listened to 'Again', NU'EST's sound was unique and refined. They still had so much more to give. If you'd like recommendations for NU'EST's music, definitely watch their promo music videos in chronological order of release. It'll give you a greater sense of where they started and how far they came. MVs for their Korean promo songs: FACE, Action, Hello, Sleeptalking, Goodbye Bye, Overcome, Love Paint, Bet Bet, Love Paint, I'm in Trouble, Inside Out. They also have MVs for their Japanese releases: Shalala Ring, Na Na Na Namida, DRIVE And they have videos for some of their B-Sides: Not Over You, Sandy, Fine Girl, Storybook Girl, Daybreak, R.L.T.L, Look, Talk About Love And their sub-unit MVs for NU'EST W: WHERE YOU AT, Deja Vu, Help Me

Nuest is one of the most vocally gifted kpop boy groups alive. They were mistreated. They even went as worse as auditioning for a talent show when they were supposedly already “made” (wanna one was the product of that show, where minhyun, nuest member, was in a temporary 1yr contract and then he returned to nuest). After that show, nuest as a group began to catch attention of fans because they were really talented. Their old, once unwatched videos went viral. Then new materials came. They became popular after so many years of struggling. They almost disbanded had they not gained anything with that audition show. But now they are on different paths. This is a group that does not need a lot of effects because they are naturally vocally talented. I will miss them all. I am glad minhyun is now doing dramas. That gorgeous face needs to be known. Baekho is also damn hot. He is hot and hunky and vocally gifted all at the same time. Aaron is cute and can speak english. Ren is the once feminine looking guy is now all grown up. And of course the leader JR, is a talented rapper and good hearted person.

Yes, it's a goodbye song. The date (15 March) the MV released was also the date that was supposed to celebrate NU'EST debut 10th anniversary, but sadly it's also the day of disbandment. As fans, we also want to know the reasons why disband. The disbandment came so sudden and the album seemed to end in a rush as some fans complained when their order of albums arrived, some of the pages of the photo album were torn, even no CD inside the album. Some pages of the so-called 100-page photo book were empty pages with page number only. Even their company Pledis paid a lot in buying advs in 5 bus routes that ran in Seoul for half a month ; billboard advs and twitter hashflags (7 different emoticons, very expensive) to celebrate their anniversary. If the disbandment was expected, why bother to spend so much money for all those advs that lasted until early April. NU'EST is one of the top-tier vocal groups. If you are first listening to them, you may not be able to find out who is the main vocal in the group. They all have great vocals, and three of them have actually participated in musicals (individual activities). It is also a self-producing group, esp since late 2017. The main vocal Baekho (the one in orange-brown long coat) is the main producer composing most of the group songs except 3 since 2017 and writing lyrics. JR the leader and main rapper (the one that start singing in the mv) also writes all his rap lyrics. Thanks Baekho that can still give such beautiful song with sentimental lyrics to say farewell to us. They are very close to each other and the disbandment is definitely a great hurt to them, for they have in many occasions expressed that they want to be together as long as possible. They were even willing to give up their pride to take part in the survival show Produce 101 S2 because they wanted to be together. If you want to react to more songs of NU'EST, maybe you can try the songs in the concept of the Queen and the Knights (the knights searching for the Queen). The order is as follows: 1. Overcome (Beginning of the story) 2. Love Paint 3. Where You At (NU'EST W - a subunit when Minhyun, the one sitting next to the broken window, was with Wannaone for 18 months) 4. Dejavu (NU'EST W) 5. Help Me (NU'EST W) 6. Universe (Minhyun's solo to complete the story of the temporary absence of one of the knights) 7. Bet Bet (End of the story and the 5 knights eventually reunited and lived happily ever after)

I'd rec checking out some recent stuff to get familiar with them 1st ig? so that'd be inside out, I'm in trouble, bet bet, love me, etc. they also had a sub-unit at some point called nu'est w (w for waiting) bcs 1 member was in wannaone for a bit, their songs are rly good as well: deja vu, where you at, etc.

sfsjldfjsdljf Nu'est Inside Out, I'm in Trouble, Love Me, Bet Bet, Where You At, Dejavu... they're all good really >.< I've always liked their music and I was just getting into their story so I'm super disappointed that they are disbanding... the company kind of treated them like shit though and some of the members didn't renew. I can't blame them. Still sad though.
