The mainstream opinion of Korean viewers is that this is like a time-slip content. It seems to have shown the last time slip of In-guk, who continued to time slip to save the dead Jae-hyun. In order to save Jae-hyun, he decides to die instead him and gives Jae-hyun, who is asleep, a watch for time slip. In-guk feels that the last time is approaching and hugs. He can't ignore jae-hyun's calling,so he disappears in the middle of going back,in front of Jae-hyun's eyes. Finally Jae-hyun knows the whole story and decides to save In-guk this time. So at the funeral, he doesn't pretend to know, he just watches In-guk. In doing so, they can't see each other, but they're both alive.

I think whole MV we see the ghost of Inguk. After Inguk died it was his ghost that went to see Jaehyun and gave him the watch (Inguk is wearing his watch when they were drinking but it's on Jaehyun's wrist at the bridge scene. So he either gave it to him or put it on him). Remember, he was leaving alone but jaehyun followed him. He said something like "There's something I wasn't able to tell you" but then without saying it he asked a question "Can I hug you just once?" instead. Maybe he wanted tell him that he is already dead. Then he hugged him, turned around and left crying. Jaehyun yelled to stop him. He turned around again walked towards him but vanished. Jaehyun alone at the bridge is when he received the news of his death (phone ringing) and realized that Inguk he saw wasn't real. Then he goes to his funeral. That's why Inguk' ghost in the beginning hide, watching him from a far. He was startled when jaehyun approched him. Maybe he didn't want to be seen by him as a ghost at his own funeral. Jaehyun looks comfortable talking to him at his own funeral because he accepted his death. Inguk looked fine too. Their old memories are in the BlackBerry phone. So at the end Jaehyun watches Inguk's ghost leave. For an MV this scenario makes sense the most.

I watched it with my sister and we were like being happy like "OH HE'S NO LONGER MARRIED, THERE'S A CHANCE", then at the tunnel scene i literally said what if he's dead and then PUM they showed me that, tears started falling from my eyes instantly , i was like "WHY DO I HAVE TO BE RIGHT!?",then after rewatching it i saw the butterfly that appeared when he hid behind the wall and my kdrama watching experience has shown me that either they're dead or something bad is about to happen,. 'Couldn't tell you' makes more sense ..since he had understood by then, that AJH doesnt have reciprocal feelings, so SIG removes his watch, puts in on AJH's wrist while he was sleeping and left his house. When AJH comes running after him at the tunnel, SIG says that iconic sentence that he couldnt say his feelings but craves for one last hug before leaving him permanently .

the tunnel scene is where the 2nd ml is going to the afterlife. if you watch back, you'll see the 2nd ml is surprised that the 1st ml could see him. because he knows he's been dead. idk how to make it make sense but i watch it many times and it kinda connects somehow.

Genuinely this is very telling of how Korea is. Even though K.Will made a song 12 YEARS AGO about a gay man having to suppress who he is and how he feels because in Korea queer individuals still have no rights so it's not safe to say anything. And even now, in present time, he still can't have that because after all this time. A decade, nothing has changed. He still can't get the guy in the end. It's so sad to put it into perspective of how Korea is still not allowing people to be themselves. Still not making any changes to let people love and know it can be legally allowed. They can marry their partners and not be discriminated. It's a heartbreaking reality for the queer community in Korea. And K.Will has an amazing voice tho. As always.❤

This story is about Time Slip, yet we are not sure which one is first but one of them have died (maybe Jaehyun) so the other one have gone back the time to save him via the watch (In-guk was wearing it first and then he handed it to Jaehyun according to the behind photo they have revealed) They are trying to save each other, which explains why Jaehyun looks kind of mad at the end at the funeral, and looking at his watch. And literally he is just staring In-guk’s back instead of asking him phone No as he did before (at the beginning of the MV) because he think that is the way to save In-guk!! 결론을 말하자면 이 MV는 시간여행 작품입니다. 시간여행의 수단은 손목시계이며, 처음에 서인국이 가지고 있다가 마지막에 안재현이 가지게 됩니다. 타임라인 1. 인국과 재현, 장례식장에서 재회. 전화번호 교환 후 어울리며 가까이 지내게 되지만 재현이 사망. 2. 인국은 몇 번의 시간여행으로 죽음을 막아보려 하지만 실패하고, 재현이 잠든 사이 시계를 채워주고 터널에서 마지막으로 인사를 나눔. 3. 달라진 시간선에서 재현 대신 인국이 사망, 재현이 시간여행을 시도(시계 클로즈업). 후에 영정사진이 바뀌었는지 천천히 고개를 들어 확인 4. (아마도 여러 시도가 있었을거라 추측) 재현이 인국에게 전화번호를 주지 않는 시간선에서 모두 죽음을 피할 수 있게 됨. 시작이 없이 이별만 남은 두 사람을 표현할 이별 노래가 없다는 결말.

Personally I find nothing more moving than sad queer stories Especially when the characters have a terrible life altogether but find comfort in eachother only for others to not understand it.
