Yes they did perform this live with hoverboards. I’m not sure if they used them for every performance but there are multiple performances where they were on hoverboards! Talented boys!

Since NCT 2021 is happening soon, maybe do mixed compilations of the different units in order of release (only focus on title track mvs to avoid confusion). This will help you get familiar with the other NCT units and sounds before they have full group content again.

They were supposed to debut before NCT 127 but since there are changes in choreography, specifically the addition of the hoverboard to the original choreo so they delayed their debut.

Yes, thanks for these reactions! And thank you for the shout out, I'm always happy to help. Personally I think going back in order of the list and focusing on the title tracks is ideal because it's how we as fans got content, but whatever makes more sense to you guys is great too. Also just wanted to let you guys know: Ten (WayV) is having a solo station song come out on August 10th called "Paint Me Naked" to look out for! "My First and Last" is still hands down one of my favorite Dream title tracks and definitely one of the best choreographies! Also, yes the boys for sure performed this live on hoverboards, not everytime, but most of the music shows and a couple award/concert shows. There's an iconic video of Dream entering an award show that year on the hoverboards lmao they just looked silly but it was cute. That's why Jaemin had the mission to ride the hoverboard in NCT World 2.0 and why the staff said it was only something NCT could do. Can't wait for more NCT, some recent things to note to check out: Renjun & Xiaojun "Unbreakable Love" cover, Xiaojun dance cover of "Good Time", and Shotaro's dance videos of "Red Mercedes" and "Wake Up"!

Really recommend ‘go’, ‘we go up’, and ‘boom’ coz each one of those title tracks are so different from anything dream has done. I recommend that order too coz it’s consecutive so you can see their growth! ‘Go’ was a shock to everyone since it was such puberty rebellion vibes and fans were only exposed to their energetic youthfulness beforehand. Also the mv was filmed in LA! I think sth subtle running thru dreamies mvs is transport ? Coz in ‘go’ they ride bikes and fast track to this current era where in ‘dive into you’ they’re driving cars and in ‘life is still going on’ golf carts.

Random fact, nct dream was supposed to debut first, they practiced for chewing gum, and shot the MV, but lee sooman canceled it and added the hoverboard. It was bittersweet, that made it harder for the boys, but became the most iconic debut for them

back in 2016 nct dream actually uploaded three videos titled nct dream hoverboard freestyle 1-3 of just them doing tricks ranging from silly to impressive on the hoverboards in their practice rooms. they’re all around 1-2 minutes, so if you want to you should definitely check them out. it’s clear they practiced a shit ton with those things and honestly considering they were all teenage boys i can imagine what kind of nonsense they got up to during practice
