The Chinese New Year doesn't start until late January or February. D.O. is a Monkey, just like the Beagle line, and Kai is born in the year of the Rooster, not the year of the Dog, which is what Sehun is (born in April 1994). Taemin was born in July of 93, and Kai in January of 94, so there is truly only 6 months separating them.
