In between gigs at Ronnie Scott’s Birmingham & London venues in mid-July of 1998, ‘The Notting Hillbillies played a shortened set concert at Taplow Court Maidenhead, UK in support of the “War Child” charity:- “Our Mission: War Child’s mission is to support and improve the protection and care of children and young people who live with a combination of insecurity, poverty and exclusion in some of the worst conflict-affected places.” Donations to this great cause can be made here:- www.warchild.org.uk/donate
This video was filmed from the front row slightly to the right hand side and has very good audio & picture quality. Being a larger, outdoor venue, we also in this video see a lot more of the band members than the Ronnie Scott’s concerts.
