السلام علیکم Concrete nous vs Abstract nouns جو اسم کنکریٹ ہوتا ہے وہ ایبسٹریکٹ نہیں ہوتا اور جو ایبسٹریکٹ ہوتا ہے وہ کنکریٹ نہیں ہوتا۔ مگر میٹیریل ناؤن ایک الگ تھلگ چیز ہے For example Iron, water , gold and milk are concrete nouns also as well as material nouns.

Wa alaikum salam ❤ No dear, there is one condition for the concrete nouns that these are countable on the other hand, you can see material nouns are not countable these are uncountable so that's why we can't say that material nouns are also concrete nouns.
