@andrewkawasaki26743 жыл бұрын
Well, the Ikarus 280 is linked differently, The articulated joint, the rear segment, the front segment are linked together by a pivot.
@Gigaguenther Жыл бұрын
There is a pivot in this (and in all other) joints otherwise the buses would bend their chassis going over top of a hill. You just cant see it very well in the video. The front part of the joint will connect to the front vehicle via drum-shaped rubber bushings that provide the necessary compliance
@42luke935 жыл бұрын
Please make the whole rear of the bus high floor and 2/3 of the front section low floor. Please, I like high floor busses, it brings a true bus experience. Will have more seating up in air and just the front low for people that need it. thank you for reading this.
@julianheald86615 жыл бұрын
that won't happen because of accessibility reasons. no north american transit company is going to buy high floor buses because people will complain too much. because of this, bus manufacturers (like this one) can't make money off of high floor buses.
@42luke933 жыл бұрын
@@julianheald8661 I mean just the front low for the acessible. Why does the entire rear need to be low too? It’s all choppy. Just the third door would have the steps. The first two doors would have no steps.
