Worked out with this Cat at a gym in Tom's River NJ right around the time set he was readying himself for his WWE spot. He's got a twin brother, nice enough cat, we'd bullshit about various Wrestling orgs, like CZW , he first told me about the Supreme fire incident. A close friend of mine was a real good friend of his during the ECW years. All in all, a pretty decent guy.

Ah Nova...I don’t know what happened. He was so cool in ECW. I was a huge fan of his work, 2000 he had all these cool moves. Seems like once he got the big job backstage, he became a major doosh.

Funny thing about Roadkill, I vaguely remembered seeing him team with Danny Doring against MNM on Velocity. I looked up the match, and I swear Roadkill took no bumps whatsoever. The finish was weird, because Roadkill got the hot tag and was running wild. Then he tagged in Doring, who soon got rolled up for the 3 count. It's like, what the fuck? Looking at this shoot, I guess that's either because he was the drizzling shits or because he was being hard to work with when it came to putting together the match.

+frank bonini i was aware that they did do a new persona with Roadkill named Antoni Polaski. i wasn't watching OVW so i don't know what he was doing as Antoni Polaski, i'm just aware that was his name change in OVW, but regardless of what character he was whether he was Roadkill or Antoni Polaski when this idea was pitched, i still don't think him wrestling Undertaker at Wrestlemania would've been big like Bruce Prichard thought it would be.

+frank bonini i agree with you in the sense that it would've been more believable than the Roadkill idea especially if the rumor was they were gonna pair him with Kevin Thorn and Black Pain essentially giving Hade the numbers advantage. but would a feud between Taker and Hade Vansen work if WWE didn't scrap Hade's character? possibly. i know around the same time Hade had 2 matches on FCW TV with the same character and they were alright matches despite a few miscommunications but i wish they could've ran with that persona and given Hade more chances before releasing him.

Nova never drew a dime and never would have done anything significant in the WWE, it's a nothing gimmick. Simon Dean was a great attempt at turning him into an old school heel, it didn't work in the end but it's still far more marketable and memorable than anything he did as Nova.
