Nova has severe anxiety issues. She's been very nervous about coming out of the shadows to perform again. The positive reactions to her Chrome bars have given her the confidence to put out some music. She said she's not ready to drop a project yet, but I think if we continue to support her, she will. We have faith in her. This song struck a cord in me. I had some of the same issues as a kid as she did. It's tough to recover from that. Losing friends to overdoses, getting jammed or popped kills you inside. She was in the system and was moved around from one place to another. A lot of the fosters were just in it for the money. She and her friends were on their own. It can make you a very hard and cold adult for sure. #nova #hog
