I live in BC and I noticed that rent in Surrey, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Langley, BC is cheaper than Halifax, NS now. Since tons of people are moving to Nova Scotia, rent prices have really gone up unfortunately. Are there websites other than Craigslist for cheaper Halifax rentals ?

Website it is written as ........Count hours that were accumulated over a period of at least 12 months.......what does it mean? 1.If I have a work experience of 1560 hours scattered in three years will it be counted..... b If I have some experience in Canada and some experience in India scattered in the last 2 years. will it be counted.
