framedrops can be caused by a lot of things. From hardware issues to a junky OS or corrupted game files. If you sure about your components (RAM, CPU, PSU) being fine, then check if any of the drivers are missing (chipset, DRAM controller etc), it can be done via Device Manager in Windows - if there's any, such hardware will be marked as unknown devices. And I highly recommend install drivers exclusively from your's motherboard manufacturer website, Windows Update can mess things up sometimes. Also reinstalling entire OS may help, same for BIOS update.. Idk hard to say.

Also, it makes sense for Nova to gank and be ruthless because it garners more kills and action. Which makes better content (when you're as skilled as nova) Dont be so butt hurt about how SOMEONE ELSE plays the game.

First and foremost its a 4v4 gamemode, there is no rule whatsoever that says you have to 1v1 in Elimination. Its also never a fair fight in the first place even if they let him have executions because they all go grab buffs while hes stuck fighting duel after duel. Plus theres almost always someone who ganks him in the first place.
