I love how people like this fail to realize you can't both be a spammer and a turtle. They are polar opposites. They also fail to understand how "turns" in this game work. Of course you have to defend and not attack when berserker starts his combo, he has the turn and hyper armor.

False, you can do both. The guy as Highlander in Match 2 proved this by going in, throwing a few lights, then backing off repeatedly until he had full stamina. Tried to play like Nobushi as polar opposite of Nobushi

What I meant by spammer is someone who just only throws attacks, where as a turtle would never go on the offensive, only parry and counter attack. Yes you can switch between throwing a lot of attacks and defending, but I wouldn't really call that spam or turtle. But I do get what you mean by the style of play where they blow almost all their stamina attacking and then clam up when they have to regen.

Basically it’s where the person just stands there/back away waiting for you to attack, mainly blocking/parrying while running back. Never goes on the offense and just sits there waiting.

That’s just a soft feint, you can start a heavy and then cancel it into a light. I don’t know of too many times it’s helpful but it’s got uses, mainly in out of stam situations if I had to guess because you can go backwards with it.
