Im starting to notice a trend where people see my videos and dont understand the difference between DPS and Full Damage rotation lol, people if we had 200K DPS rotations the game would be dead and every world boss would be getting one shot. no where did i state that it was 200k dps. its a full damage rotation resulting in 200K.

Also forgot to mention that if you have selfless diffusion up while in Shade Revenant stheno mode her ability counts as an attack as well and you can stack it with annihilation barrage to get 10-12 second marks and nutty explosions.

I keep flipping between gs dag and cb dag. I can't decide which one to main. It kind of depends on my mood somedays. On the days I want to play and zone out I play gs. I'm at the point now where I need to focus to progress so your video was right on time.

@nobody5648 From what I've experienced @2500 gs is chunky damage with less buttons. Cb is lighting fast but at this level mana is constantly out so you rely on mana conversation skill. Cb fells better in group because your not focused and gs fells great solo mobbing.

I dont think the big nodes in mastery are active unless you have the weap out. You can test this with daggers evasion big node. If you have any weap other than dagger out you lose the 105 evasion, but get it back when you hold the daggers

Instead of vamp knife, wouldnt ankle slash + the skill upgrade which provides 30%more offhand chance be better? Great guide btw. Love it.

ankle slash is a great ability but the problem is that the specialization is what causes the off hand trait to be active and since it doesn't change the core function of the ability it isn't effected by buff duration which means you have to try to fit it in a build where the 3 second buff makes sense for a 19 second cooldown, i opted to keep it out because of that and the fact that you need to be in range and stationary for the ability to go off. too many hoops to jump through for 3 seconds

your missing a couple of KEY skills for incredible damage, if you diffuse into ankle strike (30% offhand specialization), into detonation mark its almost guaranteed to double proc, then continue your rotation, you might want to sacrifice vampiric strike and go back to dagger block if so also if you work in fatal stigma (with damage specialization) and have it BOOST the damage when the detonation mark goes off you can obliterate... food for thought.

@@TheRealSenj yeah the ankle strike is insane, try it out before detonation mark but AFTER Selfless diffusion. if you can squeeze in a double bombing do it if not hold it till after stigma goes off for maxium potential, I've gotten 140k in 6 seconds so interested in how high you might get your rotation.

Senj what do you think of the cooldown reduction spec on Quick fire? i have played around with it and with good crit rate, you can consistently get a 30-40% cooldown reduction with quick fire. for just 5 points.

Does a certain weapon or armor make the rotation look different I coppied the exact path that you did your abilities in and it didnt seem to do lots of damage or transfer between targets, btu I am also missing a bit of gear from the ideal gear set.

the damage transfer was just the lighting from the mother natures protest hitting the other targets due to the rain weather, you will lose damage however on two factors, lack of offhand attacks proccing and the lack of gear, so if you have the rotation down youre halfway there, just grab your gear weather its blue or purple, trait it out and make sure you capitalize on the offhand procs

I was able to produce 75k detonation with ~180k full rotation with 2900 CB. Since you're hitting 100k+, can I ask what your CB is? I don't believe I saw your gears in the video (not the fully traited or maybe what you put up there is really your gears)

@@iceiceice7046 consistency is around 20% and thats if you get all the offhand thunderclouds bombing to proc, your average will be around 60-90K (1-2 off hand procs) 100K max all off hand procs

no no, both have their use cases, det mark is more viable when you have a ton of damage to put into the damage window, mortal mark is better for rapid attacks with little to no cooldown, this version of my build fits the det mark conversion better due to the burst damage

The main issue i got with this rotation is...if I have enough luck to proc detonation mark twice ao the dmg stuck up...other wise my final dmg will be around 120-170, I've tried tons of time and I dont get that detonation mark proc twice...and I have decent off-hand chance (cross 26.5% dagger 28.5%)

yeah its like i stated in the early portion of the video, the crossbow and daggers biggest flaw is the RNG based damage however you can make it more consistent with high buff durations and selfless diffusion

either one is good so it really comes down to personal preference, i will say that for me personally i like the phantom for the bonus damage cause its active at all times, however the crit damage from the shadow harvester set is really good as well

yes actually, the 30% is labeled as an activation RATE which is different from a chance boost, since its labeled as a rate its a full additive value that takes place before your chance boost applies. so if you have a weapon with 20% at base and you run the full phantom set itll be 50% at base and selfless diffusion will take it too 100%

its a combination of the rotation with buff duration and selfless diffusion if you have around 25% buff duration with the rotation the timing will be tight but youll be able to g et it off

I'm curious why you would use Vampiric strike at all? its such a weak attack and healing is negligible from it, why wouldnt you use ankle strike with off hand activation or Fatal Stigma for double bombing with health lost damage increase?

@@powindah42 ive tested the Ankle strikes off hand chance and while its nice the main issue is that the specialization is the buff and since its not a main effect of the skill itself (added on instead) it isnt effected by buff duration which makes it a pain to fit into any build with time constraints on the rotation. Fatal stigma is good too but the damage out the gate is poor and the damage increase isnt useful as it relies on 20 stacks of thunderclouds which are gone the second you hit thunderclouds bombing

@@TheRealSenj Reasonable arguments as to why they are maybe not perfect choices but i still think the value you are getting from either, especially Fatal Stigma, is a lot more than you are getting from Vampiric strike, Fatal Stigma increases damage per stack so not necessary to have full stacks, but keeping stacks up even with repeated bombings isnt really a problem i find. I'd still suggest something other than vampiric strike. even with its incoming heal and damage buff i still contest there are much better options for a valuable skill slot. Very informative and well put together video though. keep at it

As someone who is switching from Wand/Bow to these weapons. I made the terrible mistake of not properly unlocking/maxing out my traits on my gear. x.x So here I am learning about new weapons and the journey I have to now undertake. Any recommendations will help, great guide by the way. I plan on keeping my Wand/Bow skills for now until I get better gear for the Scorpion build.
