Hell, yes!!!! I’m supposed to see my counselor in an hour after being out of town and having oral 2 surgeries that meant I’ve missed the past month of sessions and my brain is eating me alive. I’m stuck between am I gonna puke, have to run to the bathroom again, or cause a migraine, all bc I’m supposed to go just sit and chat with someone helping me with those voices in my head.
