At 9:40 there comes an important point. One which is decisive for a good leader in my opinion: a leader should stay quiet in a meeting so all the others can talk about their ideas - and the the leader should ask questions. If a leader starts talking, you are missing out on all the other ideas of the people in the room as *they* will stay quiet. Great talk

Insightful talk on many important factors in leadership with key takeaways. What I like about the 'unboss' idealogy is the inclusivity in diversity, right from broad country cultural to individual level, and to be flexible, which means understanding this important pervasive reality and utilising it for maximizing the efforts, which in sum in effect enables to empower the people who contribute for the overall mission and vision. This also helps a big organization to be as agile for net goal achievement and net satisfaction of people who work towards this unified goal.

I found it interesting how Vas was far more quiet in this talk - much more ready to listen. Adam said more words, but they were less meaningful.
