I remember when Xaku first released and I find it's design being very creepy. A Warframe made of pretty much garbage and other unknown materials from long past somehow alive. You don't know Xaku's intentions given how expressionless it is wondering what will do next. I hope when Xaku prime releases, it will look more unknowly creepy.

One thing that Xaku’s deluxe skin does really well is give you back fashion options while the Vast Untime is active. If anything, they kinda look better while the ability is active than they do while inactive

I think it would be neat for Xaku's Prime to slowly regenerate the parts destroyed throughout the duration of its 4th ability. I also love the "teapot" deluxe skin. Maybe they could implement gold along the cracks of the "pots" for its Prime to simulate that Japanese repair technique.

Yeah Xaku has to be the frame I’ve put the most love into. I have 4 crimson tauforged archon shards slotted so I can have the 200% strength needed for total defense removal without sacrificing efficiency, range, or duration and also have both of my arcane slots available. Playing an auto-turret has never been so much fun and is one of my go-to frames for archon mission (prior to hunts), steel path circuit, and arbitrations right next to my nourish Styanax and gloom Grendel.

I use 164 STR and Corrosive projection aura. This gets your the (62 + 18 =100%) armor strip you need while saving space.

Xaku was actually the first warframe I ever saw due to starting the game when heart of Deimos released. I honestly really like the design and I'm currently working on getting Xaku. The only thing really holding me back is it needing stuff from other open worlds

@@thewanderers97all you gotta do is talk to little duck,rank up her standing to operative which i think is the next rank after normal rank,then you can get the gyromags for 1000 standing each,to rank up and also get standing for her you need toroids which you get from these three big building areas on the map in orb vallis,by killing random enemies you should end up getting one,you just gotta stay consistent

Accuse is an absolute lifesaver on solo steel path circuit defense and excavation on later rounds. Friendly enemies drawing fire to themselves gives you a chance to cast your other powers and focus on high value targets like thrax or eximus.

Hold up. Xaku is the THIRD frame themed by the community (really, the Design Council). Nekros was the second, after Nova, and the Design Council voted on the abilities Nekros would have. The wiki doesn’t mention this for some reason. And yes, that means we could have avoided Nekros having a loot-themed ability entirely. One of the other skills in the same poll as Desecrate was a life siphon. I forget what the others were.

I’m so fucking pissed every time I see someone say Xaku was bad on release. Xaku received almost exclusively quality of life buffs; their damage output wasn’t actually affected by the buffs. On release they already had the best damage output of any Warframe in the game but were hard to mod and god forbid players actually have to think when modding a frame. The buffs were great and made Xaku easier to use but suddenly the people previously calling me an idiot were now parroting the exact same things as me and copying my PRE BUFF builds and saying they’re broken. Just like Grendel, Xaku was a top tier frame but too difficult to use for most people. At least when they made Xaku more easily usable they didn’t give them the biggest nerf in Warframe history like they did to my poor boy Grendel.

The fact that Xaku's void guns scale with enemy level is enough alone to not worry about power strength, range is where it's at. I also subsume over the 3 ability (everything gets shredded anyway) with ensnare or nourish, depending on the build... Also, the "Fleet Footed" decree in circuit is one of the best because you'll be moving too fast for enemy AI to lock on to you, but your guns will still be aimbot perfect (you actually have to actively try to get downed, even at lvl cap)

Do you have Molt Augment and a spare Nekros? Xaku needs a way to keep the heat off until it can build up enough power strength with Augment. Terrify, subsumed on 3, streamlines the mess of The Lost, strips armour and spooks enemies, giving you a bit of breathing room. If you have any Amber Shards, put one on for either starting Energy or more efficient Energy pickups. If you have Arcane Barrier or Aegis, that will help you with any shield problems, along with Brief Respite to brute-force your shieldgate back.

I highly suggest djinn sentinel with guardian mod. It will fully restore your shield when enemy somehow land a hit on you and break it.

I use Corrosive projection and 164 strength. This let's you fully strip with gaze. Next I get my range to 250 Personally I like having huge duration. My 4th lasts 62 seconds When gaze is up and stripping enemies melt. I also use quiver to hide lol I get 30 seconds with it

Mirage night eclipse was damage reduction, I was more referring to Xaku introducing actual evasion (Dodge chance) as a stat into an ability rather than a play on theme/ideas of a power, but Mirage was also an evasion centered frame you are right about that (Hall of mirrors, night eclipse and prism working together to make Mirage harder to shoot at), something I forgot to take into account here, will correct it when I get to making a mirage video later down the line.

You could still use powers while 4 was on, its just before the changes to 4 your energy would deplete very fast since it was an energy drain spell.
