Gonna leave this one here. This build is called 'HIT THE F****** Like Button!!!'. Jeff has to reach the like total from the previous episode in minerals and gas before he is allowed to defend with ANY units. He has to talk to the player he faces and get him to like or laugh to something he puts in chat before he can attack bases.

I have an idea. Zerglot, defend with anything but must take control of a probe and tech to a zealot before winning the game. This can also be done with terran and tech to a marine instead.

I'm sorry, I've been playing video games for 33 years, and I honestly don't understand when or *why* it became normal *not* to go straight to the options menu as literally the first thing you do the first time you launch a new game. I can understand someone returning to a game and forgetting what was or wasn't an option because they got so used to the game being set up right, but you're starting a new game and you don't spend

Because it's not something I think about until I'm in the game. NovaWar says is the last thing I do after 8-10 hours of making content. Also I subconsciously think my settings are fine because on my normal accounts they are. When you do something for thousands of hours you just become custom to it working as normal.

@@noexistence1 ...it doesn't have to be there. It's one forward attacking ultralisk with whatever else until 20 kills. He can build other ultra. He's just not allowed to attack to win before then. Helping keep his opponent's economy from spiralling is totally fine and within the rules laid out. Do you see a universe in which an opponent is left unfettered for the time it takes to speed rush Ultralisk and cripple himself doing so and be able to have any chance at getting to a 20 kill unit? These are carefully crafted to be silly, challenging, but fringe possible win conditions. If I asked what you're implying, this would have been a very boring video with no real shot at victory. How strict are the rules for the series? Jeff was using the zergling to attack the enemy workers. So, is that considered an attack? It definitely not a defense. The first one where the zergling was idle in front of base were aggroed by the zealot, so it's not an attack.

The rules are you can defend with anything, can attack with anything EXCEPT that for the designated hero unit (Ultralisk in this case) only the one can attack. And he can't go all in to win until that hero has 20 kills.

He is allowed to harass, he just isn't allowed to do game ending amounts of damage until the hero unit. once the hero unit hits 20 then there are no more rules. Otherwise the challenge would be impossible. The protoss would have been ready to attack 5 mins sooner and Jeff wouldn't have any ultras yet.
