93.78% of You Would Never Ever Make This Journey! But we did it just for you.
Come journey with us from Sangre Grande to Rio Claro a 30 mile ..about 50km through pristine forest and beautiful countryside roads in the mid East central of the island of Trinidad in the English speaking Southern Caribbean. Video in November of 2023.

I am one of the 93.78 who will not make this journey, but so enjoyed looking at it! Rural villages and communities are my thing! Again thanks for sharing my friend ❤

Made this trip years ago. The road wasn't this bad, but even so, I would like to do it again. Beautiful countryside journey. Thanks for posting!

I just love the drive through coal mine road, & I haven’t seen the elephant stone it is called for do many years I have pictures of my family and I standing next to the stone when we were small, there used to be a bench there to sit down. Keep up the good work.

That's quite correct - around the year 2000, the Tourism Authority had made the area into a tourist attraction... but....not so anymore

Definitely not a fan of the choice of music in the video. I feel like those words could've been spoken instead of sung or rapped. The drive however was wonderful, your channel is a very good channel for people abroad with nostalgia about home. Thanks for sharing.
