Powell is correct, that would be unlawful. Reason being is because the fed is a PMA private membership association. Because they are private, they set the terms as a party in a contractual agreement. If their privacy were to be violated, then all our privacy would be at risk as well. Liberty is a give and take relationship that comes with very great responsibility. Thanks JW

JPO should not explain away inflation items like shelter inflation... gives off transitory vibes. He doesnt know what future will bring.. he cant predict it.. he said it himself. There will be always be some inflation items that unexpectedly go higher. These r real things ppl feel. If u keep explaining away things all the time, the inflation reading becomes meaningless.b
