Congratulations Leila . Great coaching income . Discover has 5% on Amazon 4th quarter and i got 30-35$ in total cashback October and November combined . Best thing was that all this was budgeted so no cc debt . Its so great to see cashback being your friend as long as there is no balance carried every month.

I'm glad I got promoted at my job, which does pay me enough. At the same time, I'm motivated to have a side hustle not bad for extra income. I do feel like buying a new phone, tablet, and a new car. I do plan to buy a house but not in the USA.

Hi Leila, going back to one of your previous videos.....I've managed to open 5 different checking accounts (2 in July, 2 in November,1 in December) for a total of $1650 in sign up bonuses! So far I have received $700 with the remaining expected in February '25. My employer makes it fairly simple to update direct deposit on-line, and wasn't very difficult or time consuming. I imagine I'll take a break for at least a year, and I may close 2 of them in about 6 months. Happy Holidays to you! Jeff

What about the donuts? 😂 I would be tempted to write them off as a business expense along with the parking, but I’m sure you’re savvy about that. Stellar month Leila! Way to go! Here’s to a strong finish for 2024!

Just came across your channel. Curious what your FT job income was and how the adjustment was going to unexpected income per month?

I made a little over $70K/year from my full time job plus my business income. I've documented every month on this channel for years! I quit my job in May so the transition to just business income started in June this year

24 years old, will finish out the year at 86k gross. First time in my adult life starting out the new year with a positive net worth ($6,500 in the green). This year I made the decision to avoid vehicle debt entirely and carry no CC debt.

Funny. I have a Pixel personally, and a Samsung for work. Absolutely HATE the Samsung, but been using Google phones since the G1

Hey.. Im looking for a new cc and was going to try your chase referral link, but seems like it doesn't work. Well, it says that specific offer may have already expired/not available. Not sure if applying to the card after closing the pop up message would still count as a referral or not.
@PersonalFinancewithLeila19 сағат бұрын
Thank you for asking and calling that out!! They change their links so often. I just updated both my Chase credit card links in this video description...I appreciate you!

What problems were you having with the pixel? Did you consider taking it to Google to fix it? And if they were all software problems, should've tried to factory reset it or trade it in for a much much better Pixel 9 lol And I totally understand how going from Samsung to Pixel can be a downgrade considering how pack with features Samsung phones are The pixel must've been so bad that you couldn't even wait 2months to trade it in to get the new s25 when it comes out in January lol great video!

I couldn't open any apps basically even if clearing cache and such. It started with all GOOGLE apps not working which are the main apps I use lol Then I wasn't able to open/respond to texts or even make phone calls! Overall, I do prefer how Samsung works just in general even just simple things like the direction you swipe to see all apps

It's unconventional, which disrupts many aspects of life and investing, but, taxes are optional if one takes the time to read the codes and parse the legal definitions to then formulate the right accountability questions to pose the the IRS or state. As taxes tend to be most income earners' largest expense, this could be a way to save a large percentage of income. But, like I typed before, this is unconventional and disrupts conventional aspects of life. Example, personal loans become difficult without tax returns, asset based loans like DSCR become the go to option. Invest accordingly Thanks Leila
