Spyder RT Limited doesn’t want to start. Turns over, but never “catches.” Full tank, the bike has been sitting about 7 days on a trickle charger. Checked all the fuses. None blown.

Bummer !!! Of all the videos I've watched, I haven't seen one yet with that problem. I hope you find and resolve the issue, and when you do, maybe post a video about it. I'm hoping to get a couple more rides in this month, here in the Niagara region, this weekend looks promising, in the 50s.

Well crap, that is not good. January and February I don't ride normally here in NC, hopefully that doesn't happen.

I have tested a lot of possibilities. It appears that the problem is related to the throttle sensor. According the a local dealer, a pretty rare issue. Hoping to have it “towed” to the dealer tomorrow.

Seems to be a throttle sensor or throttle control body that has gone bad. It is being picked up tomorrow morning and taken to the Can-Am shop nearby. This should all be covered by warranty. The BRP roadside service was quite efficient. We’ll see how the tow service works tomorrow.

Definitely no spark. Either plugs or injectors. Even with fuel stabilizer it could gum up. I assume you are using a Top Tier fuel to begin with such as Shell or even better Chevron?

Thanks, I will pull the plugs. I use 93 octane or above. Not necessarily Shell or Chevron.

Yeah, fully charged and on trickle charger. I recently put it on a regular charger and added some dry gas, just in case the gas I got at a BJ’s Wholesale had water in it. Going to try to start it tomorrow. If no change I will tear it down to the motor and pull the plugs.
