Thank you for watching and for your question. We are somewhere between zone 9 and 10 in a Mediterranean climate, although our elevation ‘pushes us’ a few degrees of latitude further north. I’ll have to figure out exactly what zone we’re in, in this micro climate, and perhaps make a video about it. Nice meeting you as well!

I've looked into our Plant Hardiness Zone, and it seems that Frigiliana village is in 9b, , but due to our elevation we are actually just pushed into Zone 9a! We aren't desert, but we do have plenty of protected pine forest, and our summers do resemble arid, or semi-arid climates. Then, we have mild, wet winters. So, we're in the same (or at least very similar) climates!
