Fun vlog, think we are going to enjoy this new to us channel. 😂 LOVED the Kentuky scene... after lots of drinks... you actually made us feel drunk 🤣 Like a bit of Black Stone Cherry, saw them few years ago in Manchester. Gonna have to download some tracks now! 🎵🎶 Great lightening show at Idles, do you film your gigs on a mobile, or the DJI? Got to agree, much prefer the festival and smaller venues too. Hope Axle was ok when you got home 🐶

@@TeaStained yeah axl was fine but I still feel guilty. Pretty hammered after lots of drinks and nae tea. The lighting for idles was mesmerising. The only thing going for the bigger setting. Thanks for watching my shite content. Hopefully meet you somewhere at a gig or oot n aboot. For filming gigs it depends on venue. I won't risk taking pocket 3 to big venues as they'd take it off me. Had stuff confiscated before. You have to get pretty close to get best results but the sound and low light ability are much better than my phone which I use otherwise. S24ultra currently. I'm a bit of a gear freak.

@PeteDevlinootnaboot Gear freak is perfect. Sarah is desperately trying to get the best kit she can afford to capture aurora! We have Samsung S20 and DJI Pocket 3, plus an old Canon EOS 400D. Oh and no spare cash to buy anything at the moment!

@TeaStained s20 was great at the time. Can be used for aurora. I hate that the pocket 3 can't be used in manual mode to capture them very well. Tried and failed again last night. Basically with 1s exposure you need iso6400 and it's really grainy. Tried 1600 last night and it was under exposed. Tried a 10s interval and that was also under a bit. Was a lot of time outside in sub zero temps. I'll make another vid when I find the perfect combo.
