You could print a big sticker of the correct qr code and put it over the incorrect on on the poster. It will save the poster and that way you can test it before you put it there and if it changes you can just add a new sticker later!

i just use the regular portrait mode, but then i tweak the colors on final cut pro with a color preset :-)
