Today I became the boomer when I realized someone was unaware of noveske. They had some super cool shorties in 2004-2006 and the videos were circulating among us earlier GWOT types.

I love my Noveske N4 Light Recce. When I got it about 15yrs ago and told my friend about it, he heard the "-ski" and said "you paid that much for some Russian crap?!" No, no, no my friend. Not Russian, not crap. Not that kind of "-ski". I still love Noveske even if the kids dont know about em anymore.

yeah 2006 my first SBR was a DPMS M4A3 10.5" with a quad rail. I rolled into noveske about 2008 because they actually had inventory then. Bought a Chainsaw SBR recently, love it. Their higher end boutique stuff looks pretty but I treat my rifles like shit. On top of that, I shoot piston guns suppressed only. PWS and LWRC is the way for the low light goon gear.

I've been trying to find a Noveske Dip gen 1 upper for like 15 years. That gun is the reason for my current SBR obsession.

I used a Faxon 7.5 1:5 barrel, and grabbed a PSA HBPDW to build my ghetto Badger. With my Surefire 300sps, man it’s amazing.

Man awesome. I literally did the same type of build roughly a month ago. PSA upper w/ 7.5 faxon match barrel and bcg. HBPDW brace on the lower. I believe she measures about 22 in collapsed. I still need to install the keymo muzzle brake for the suppressor. I also have the aero low pro adj gasblock. Put a halosun 510C-GR on it also. Have you shot yours and if so how do you like it? I have yet to shoot mine...

Really enjoy my Ghetto Blaster with a direct thread Q Half Nelson. Very quiet with subs. Also have a Sig Virtus 9” using an AAC can but the Noveske is a lot more quiet, big difference. Probably a combination of can and operating systems

Aero 10.5 upper, lantac e-bcg, e-ct1 trigger, sb tac brace, magpul k2 grip, vg6 brake, 7075 t6 cnc lower matte cerakote, bcm charging handle, magpul 300 blk mags and non reman/russian brass cased ammo. Primary arms optic. Runs flawless. Don't believe the hype, these dudes get paid to put on a show for you.

Sounds like you got a lemon HB bc I have a HB sd and I haven’t had one issue at all weather it’s dirty or not and my stock has no play in it and neither does the receiver

@@TheTexanInfidel I haven’t held it but when considering the overall quality and the 1:5 twist barrel for their 300 BLK, I think that is the better buy than a Noveske or HB for $3K. I would think they weight would lend to more accuracy, would it not? Also there is the ADAC lower and the M16 BCG. The M16 BCG means you can put an echo trigger in it without having to swap the BCG. Those were the things that stood out to me that the other products don’t have.

If all you do is look at the price then I’m sorry you don’t know what your talking about and your robbing yourself of experiencing real quality. If you buy a knock off or just build your own by the time you buy all the accessories and upgrades you will be maybe 4-500 bucks different from the honey badger or ghetto blaster and there is a major major different in quality of how they are built.

Im a huge pcc fan, but i am really considering getting into 300 bo. I've always been fascinated by the q honey badger, but Noveske quality is uncompromised. Would be a hard choice between the ghetto blaster in 300 or the space invader in 9mm.

Nice! Black dot is local to me and their ammo has been top notch. Have you run the 300 subs by black dot? Haven't had any issues w their 9mm or 223 ammo. East Alabama Gun Club is next door to black dot and is the range I use. Great video!

great content great review: I a not trying to insult anybody or even try and I haven't shot allot of different AR's. so I really don't have a dog in this fight, but I am going to be as transparent as possible. I like everything I have seen and heard about Noveske. However personally I do not think any AR platform should cost that much, no matter who makes it, or what military contracts they have. I feel the same about all AR mfg's, they just don't cost that much to make, no matter how much time & research and development was put into it. If people have that kind of money to spend on a platform great! but I think there more viable platforms and options out there, for example the CMMG Decent, at half the cost! just saying

Just so everyone knows, Mega Arms/Zev/Icon Defense OEM’d Noveske’s Gen 4 billet receiver sets.. And that finish isn’t cerakote.. It’s their “true black” class 2 type 3 hard coat anodizing.

I think the Honey Badger dogs went a little beyond what it should have? sounds a little personal but that's just my opinion. I have owned one and ZERO issues i paid for mine and have zero relationship with Q just like cars there are bad eggs sometimes just how it is, i just bought a ghetto blaster and waiting for it to arrive to my SOT but i am positive you could find someone on KZbin that doesn't like it!!! but it's still a great gun.

Did you say “what the fuck is a Noveske Rifleworks” you been under a rock? Reed Knight himself praises Noveske as some of the best rifles and barrels made. In fact when John died KAC welded two sr25 rifles top to top and cancel cut the Noveske iron cross out of the middle as a tribute cross.

The Sig Rattler or 9 inch MCX Virtus all the way if you want a 300 blk shorty. The Ghetto Blaster is cool in its own way, but it’s still a gas blow back AR and for 3K, that’s insane!!! I’m sorry, but that’s just to much for what it is. It’s simply a flex and a copy of the Honey Badger, albeit better done. I guess that’s why they priced it the same! In my opinion 2400 is the price limit for a direct impingement AR15, or even a piston system. There just isn’t enough there to justify the extra spend. Spend the extra coin on ammo or training. What makes the ghetto blaster better than the MCX, DDM4 PDW, BCM or any of the other high end manufacturers 300blk PDW!!?? I don’t get it, but if you like it that much get it, this is America!! 😂 This is not a knock on the channel either and if you like to collect cool shit I get it, but it’s definitely not about the value/performance metric.

Compare this to a SIG MCX Vertus Pistol or SBR in 300BO and tell us all the reasons why the SIG is better. Also, cool overly high sight mount and complete lack of cheek weld. I'm glad you enjoyed the Noveske. It did look like it ran really well. I do like my Noveske stuff too.
