Here is another favourite of mine - Nasi Goreng Suna Cekuh - Balinese style fried rice with garlic and Kaempferia galanga - these are two of the main ingredients we use in Balinese cuisine and we use a lot of them 😋 tastes yummy and umami, so fragrant and satisfying. Oops forgot to add the corn flour at the end to the chicken but is still delicious 😁

Ingredients:
200 gr chicken thigh fillets
2 tsp corn flour
Pinch of salt
Pinch of white pepper
500 gr cooked rice
2 pcs spring onion
2 eggs whisked with pinch of salt
Yellow Paste :
13 to 15 pcs Garlic
4 cm Kaempferia galanga
1 cm turmeric
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white peppercorns
1 tsp mushroom bouillon powder or you can use chicken or vegetable
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce (Kecap manis)
Condiments :
Fried Shallots
Sliced chilli with sweet soy sauce
Fried egg
Prawns crackers
Cucumber pickle
