I want to thank you for sharing your wonderful gymnastics adventure. You have inspired me to make a comeback in mens gymnastics. I was a high school and collage competitor from 1974 to 1982. Like you I made a comeback as an all-rounder in 2002, 2003 and 2005. That means that I was 42, 43 and 45 years old at my comeback; it was an awesome experience. I kept saying over and over again the phrase, "Absolute and total commitment." I ran 3 miles a day, weight lifted and did gymnastics 5 days a week. I lost 40 pounds. I also competed in nationals for the Amateur Athletic Union in Walt Disney World, Florida, 2006 at the age of 46 etc. Now I am 60 and have really gotten out of shape. But your video has awoken my soul to do it again. Thanks so much.

Amazing job Anna! I do gymnastics too. I did a competition last year which was my first one. I didn't place on any events, then this year I came 2nd on vault and 4th on floor (we only did 2 pieces) and I was so happy. I also got to meet Beth Tweddle and got a picture with her. I'm proud to be a British gymnast! 😊

Omg you are such an inspiration...I'm turning 20 in April and I always wanted to do gymnastics.... used to be (kind of inflexible ) ballerina and trained gymnastics when I was little , I never got over it... My mom didn't let me do it anymore, I wasn't good enough even though I loved it, I became a competitive opera singer, (i was better at music, and I love it too.. ), so I just started collage (Academy of Arts in Europe) and we have dance classes and . suddenly I saw that students can go to adult gymnastics.... I think I have the courage now, because of You... I just found your channel... Thank you for sharing your story... It made me cry happy tears.. AND I WILL DO IT MA' AM!! You are my hero ❤️

You are incredible. I am very proud of you!!! I am a few years older than you and I´m trying to get a challengue too. I have to do 5 tests for a competition (firemen normally do this test to be a fireman with 2 or three test more, so you will realize the difficulty), lift weights (bench press), swimming, Course navette ( I suppose in UK is beep test), jumps, and Barrow (velocity test), and I will compete against people between fifteen and twenty years younger than me. It´s very hard, because I am recovering from a little break on my hamstring that I did it one month ago doing HIITs, training for that, but I am not going to give up and less watching your big challengue. I hope to recover my injury this month and try to reach it too. I also wanted to fight with my fears (because all my life I have had fear to be on a motorbike, and now I am trying to get the motorbike driving license because I don´t want to be affraid of anything. I do this for myself and in memory of my parents who died in the last two years both. Thank you very much for your video. You give me extra motivation to go on. I appreciate it. Awesome job! I just started at age 34. My kids were doing it with small gym and the owner used to be my school soccer coach. My coach keeps asking me if im going to compete but I still having touched a couple of the events for the first time! We will see, I mostly want to be there with the kids and know what they are going through. Also, I will be super excited to be able to hold a handstand :) Are you still in it or did COVID stop things?
