how to make it no casting? my magic nogu when using storm gust, theres a moment casting then sometimes no casting, even tho my dex ant cast delay is ok and also my rune

SG level 20 have 2.4sec Fixed Cast Time which can't be reduced by Dex. One of the option, is to get SG rune with -1.9sec FCT and use Dark Illusion star for another -0.5sec FCT. Without good rune, it's hard to insta cast it at level 20. Can consider to lower the level if you want to insta cast.

Which one is better on offensive magic nogu magic pen or skill damage?i noticed that you are using mouth headgear with magic pen damage

Skill damage > Mpen for almost all classes usually. I'm using that Mouth mostly because of the Stun effect. Just to annoy people mostly.

Is it okay if i use lower level of sg for faster cast time? And what do you recommend on headgear card if you don't have dark illu star

Depends on your goal. If you're ok with lower damage, then lower level SG is fine too for shorter FCT. Hg card is pretty situational. Sealed Apocalypse, Katerina if you need more Ignore Mdef/Mpen. Or utility cards like DI, Nightmare, etc. Depends on what's your goal or issue.

I see, I've tried using max sg and got almost 2sec casting xD do i need to use chant buff rune to shorten it?

It's FCT, so you need Dark Illusion/star to reduce it. But primarily need the Storm Gust rune with high 1st line. That's the best way to reduce the FCT if you want to use SG 20.

My storm gust rune 1st line reduce 1.21 casting, still not enough to no cast. I'll try to make dark illusion 🌟 and test again

sir if you have max 1st line of SG rune do you need to use DI star card just Asking sir

Damn, This is the build that I'm trying to have since I got the 3rd line rune in the new star rune for nogu. It's hard to get a 1st line with high value in frost storm rune.

If i use cart tornado and i use level 1 sg for the knocked back effect. Is it effective during clash?

Should be fine too. Since SG knockback works in GVG, so even level 1 is good enough. Whether it's effective or not, it depends whether they have Eddga, Endure etc. Also if it lags too much, might not be good too. But in general the knockback should works regardless whether it's level 1 or 20.

Nope. Eddga ignore knockback. But easier for them to get hit since they will stay in SG circle longer.

Already try use sg with holgrehen hammer extract in woe/woc? Sg have many tick per skill, seem good to use with hammer. more annoying to the opponent.
