Great spray job guy's. How many of these does he spray paint in one day? He cross sprays to eliminate any zebra effects and to build up the mils. The finish paint looks to be a good product. Airless inside, and conventional spray on the outside due to the angle iron, inside is more flat. Great job. Thanks for sharing. John

Całe grono fachowców wokół się przyglada, a nikt nie zwrócił uwagi na wątpliwe wymalowanie górnych krawędzi od wewnątrz (należy dyszę kierować od góry). Pomiary robi się na początku aplikacji kilkakrotnie. Brak wyprawek ręcznych w trudno dostępnych miejscach. Wiadomo że to tylko śmietnik, ale po co ta cała oprawa z kamerą itp skoro robimy niepoprawnie?

Looks like he added 5% solvents(on top of the hardner) for better paint flow out of the spray tip mind you looks like spray tip is a 217 It helps the paint build as well as you can see when he measures the wet film thickness knowing that you can calculate the dry film thickness . A wet film thickness is only a guide for a painter

Is the black paint like a paint/primer ?

It`s two-component direct polyurethane topcoat hardened with aliphatic isocyanate and with anti-corrosion pigments based on zinc, aluminium and phosphorus oxides. Recommended as a one-layer system which builds a direct topcoat finish with anti-corrosion protection.
