Nice and explanatory video. The audio is quite distorted - you might want to re-upload a version where the voice quality is better (not clipping due to being turned too high in the editing process)

Totally new insulin is keep in freeze while after the first time use the insulin can be keep in normal temperature if I am not wrong.

No you're not allowed to freeze it at all just put it in the refrigerator door when not used yet and you can store in room temperature if it's not too hot @@tanjunson6812
