some of reviews says its old property with smelly rooms and poor inroom services...plz do let me know which room option or type have to pick ..for better experience...and very confused between novotel resort spa and novotel candolim ...considering booking for couple with kid...helps me a lot .thanks

We had the superior room with King size bed. If you looking in addition to have free mini bar, then go for Tranquility room. No, the rooms or hotel in general was not smelly or in poor condition at all. We picked the resort and spa instead of Novotel Candolim for mainly 2 reasons, as it has much better pool area with nice greenery and an excellent Spa area…They do have some activities for kids such as indoor and outdoor kids play area, floating balloon in the water..I don’t know if Novotel Candolim has more to offer..
