Mercure and Novotel at Stevens Road , are the 4 star version of Swissotel- Fairmont hotel resort. Nice place

Great video as always ! My work requires me to travel around SG, always pass this hotel and wonder how it is like inside, finally got an idea of it ! Heard Pan Pacific just opened a new hotel not long called Pan Pacific Orchard. Go try out this new hotel !

Thank you~ The room is really comfortable for a god recharge (^__^) We will give the new Pan Pac a skip, saw some reviews like not worth the stay~ We already booked the new Pullman at Singapore hill, will be open on Oct.

@@Follow_ussgoh what a pity! your reviews have been the best i've come across so far. Am planning a visit to Singapore and considering PanPacOrchard. But of all the PanPacOrchard room reviews found on youtube so far(unless i've missed any), absolutely none of them have shown the electronic safe!! i just don't understand why that's forgotten. Room details on the hotel website stated it as included in the rooms, 1 review on tripadvisor mentioned it's with the fridge, yet every single review i have seen so far, none has shown it. I do suspect though , it is a drawer right at the bottom of the tea/glasses drawers that every reviewer so far have for some odd reasons chosen not to feature. I am certain you'd have featured it seeing how you managed to pry open that lower drawer with such determination in this vid!! Love it! 😆

Thanks for the great review again! hahaha, I must agree with you that the service at the hotel is really quite bad. Stayed there during CNY this year, and there was an Indian/malay lady at the front desk very unprofessional, I was waiting there to be checked in for around 10 mins, while she was chatting with her colleague (not work related) before checking me in. At lot of information was not provided for the platinum guest, you really have to ask yourself. The room itself is nice, but the service itself really needs some improvement.

Thank you (^___^) I scream SUPER LOUD when I opened the door and the staff ran to me and open the door at the same time! The staff should leave the door open when they enter the room. Most of the staffs in the hotel is really need a better basic training, I am sure we bumped to the nasty check-in staff, very rude to be at the front counter! We dont mind to go back when there is Red Hot room, we love the gym and the room ^_^ Where will be ur next hotel? we are going to the Swissotel this coming Sat.

Ohh nice! Our favourite hotel! We had a stay at the Sofitel last month, the Club lounge changed to the breakfast area~ Not that comfortable but easily to try the breakfast for both sides :p YES, already booked the new Pullman. Hotel rooms are getting smaller and over price in SG! We saw the new Pan Pac, their regular room is super small!

@Follow_ussg niceee, I was so looking forward to the Pan Pacific Orchard, but soon disappointed by the small room size and basic room doesn't even come with bathtub.... I mean for such an expensive room... I love Sofitel City Centre! Had my best birthday there last year, and I got a shocking upgrade to the Joaquim Suite during check-in. Enjoy your stay at Swissotel this weekend! I believe Eddy will take good care of yall~

That Pan PAC has nice exterior only but we are not paying for the exterior:p You also know Eddy! ^_^ We are looking forward to see the different after so long, my friend told us they serve better bubble for the evening happy hour at the lounge, then we faster book one night there :p

Yeah, we are happy with the price too! Worth for a good recharge and perfect for budget trip stay.
