Hello, I would like to know if you can help me, I have the same devices, I configure it but it does not control the heating, the temperature continues to rise without stopping, what can you suggest??? And another thing, how will I know what type of configuration I should give it?

Sir thank you for the question but, it's a temperature transmitter that works on temperature & produces 4 to 20 ma current according to temperature. If you want to know the configuration so you can get it done by software download it from novus Automation hope this helps you.
