So far, I've found the best use for generative fill is as a more sophisticated type of clone stamp, probably because it is working more closely with what is already present in the image. In my work, we receive images from clients that we have to use in layouts and - despite our briefs about size etc. - they are often cropped tightly to the specific "thing" (e.g. Building facade, vehicle, tree or statue), so generative fill has been great in extending the surrounding landscape a little so we can more easily work with the image. I've also used it to remove street furniture (railings, lamp posts) from outside buildings, and it is far quicker than doing it manually with clone stamp. The prompt to add in entirely new elements to the image is still in that area of "is this morally right?", as it feels a little too close to plaigiarism. Anyway, it was fun to watch the two of you playing around with it!

A throne with wheels makes it easier to move around the modern open plan Gothic office. Olympia's 'Dairy Milk' comment reminded me why I'm glad I didn't switch careers to being a graphic designer - you come up with something that you think is amazing then the client shoots it down with one phrase. I'm also glad this AI feature wasn't available 20 years ago when I was working in a job where one of my colleagues would photoshop everyone else's company website mugshots onto the bodies of gay porn stars.
