If in pf uan and aadhar details are same then what is the problem to do kyc from employer side. If they denied then you need to go to Grievance Portal of EPFO and lodge a complaint that Employer is denying to do kyc. They will reply with Solution and then what reply came pls let me know. Later on will guide.

New company mein Joint declaration form bhar kar aadhar pan aur school certificate k saath attested karalar Pf office mein jama karna padega. Ya password bana rakha hai uan ka to Basic details mein jakar waha se name correction kar sakte hai present employer approve kar dega aadhar upload kar dena ho jayega.

Sir Good Morning. my friend uan is still inactive.When i tried to activate uan it shows me an error that name and date of birth mismatch as in epfo records.Applicant name had a small mistake which i corrected that in aadhaar.Date of birth also corrected in aadhaar.A joint declaration having aadhaar and pan attested by emloyer was also submitted at concerned epfo office.40days completed.No further update in applicant uan. 1)My question is can we update applicant mobile in employer portal. 2)Name and date of birth mismatched aadhaar compared with epfo records can we add in employer portal. 3)After 30.06.2021 for activating uan in epfo portal aadhaar made mandatory. My query at you sir suggest best answer for my issue

Filled New Joint Declaration attach Aadhar, Pan and school or Birth Certificate which you have applied for DOB or name correction, certificate is now mandatory to attached and Need to attested the same by employer and submit to epfo after that the correction will be happened. The Mobile number which is linked with Aadhar should be in UAN another will not be update and Just wait after submission of Joint declaration and once correction will be done then you can do pan and bank kyc later on after approval employee can able to withdrawal or transfer to another establishment.

@@neeltechguruji KYC already done and adhaar seeded sucessfully. but after updating name on adhaar card it is showing the error of not verified by uidai. after updating name in adhaar, now only both UAN and Adhaar name is exactly same. everything else is also matching. how to fix this issue? do i need to submit joint declaration form? my employer and company is no more. how to fix this issue. ( i can see my adhaar details under KYC in epfo site but when i try to do anything i get error or adhaar not verified by uidai).

Hav you downloaded your fresh aadhar before do the kyc. Firstly download and try pf kyc after 24-48 hrs.

Agar uan mein aadhar link nahi aur dono mein data thik hai aur login pehle se bana rakha hai to link kar sakte hai login karke but agar login nahi banaya hai aur aadhar link nahi usme dikkat aati hai. Forget password karke aap uan ka password ya uan active karke try kar sakte hai. In case agar safalata nahi milti then company wale hi aadhar link kar sakte hai.

If you have uan password then you can login and update aadhar else Need to request by ex company to update your aadhar in EPFO, once KYC will be done then you can be able to withdraw. Or try to fill a non aadhar pf form for withdrawal. Otherwise if you have joined a new company then he will issue a new uan and need to merge the old uan to the new company.

First option is that search epfo member login and down scroll you will find Allot Uan for Exiting members whether you can generate own uan by entering PF code and PF number after that Just fill PF composit form attached aadhar, pan and bank cheque copy and application in white paper to epfo for Company closer and taken over others and all docs need to attested by the company who taken handover the old company. Anyone must be signing authority for an old company. He will be attested and then submit to the epfo office. Second if they are denied just visit Epfo grievance Portal just select a PF member and lock complaint as well as ask for suggestions in that case if the company is not signing documents . Third Filed without generated UAN just fill Non Aadhar PF form and attached aadhar pan bank cheque and one application that company close and needs to be attested by any MBBS doctor and send via Speed Post to the epfo.

KYC karne k baad bank aapka naam account se aur pf se cross check karta hai incase defer hota hai to reject kar deta hai aur nahi to employer k portal par send kar deta aur isme 4-5 working days ka time lagta hai. Agar itne din mein portal par nahi aata approval k liye then aapko apne member portal par check karna hoga reject show karta hai.

Employee need to fill Joint declaration and attached Pan Card Aadhar card and school Certificate with same name which he want to update on PF. Form and supporting will be attested by employer and same will needs to submit epfo office which is registered for employer. After that it will take 7-10 days to update..l Once neme will be updated then employee can reset the password and can do Further.
