Doesn’t want to sound like a douchebag but I think but making new minicons for new toys of armada characters doesn’t make sense. May I remind why minicons were made in first place (not character,lore wise)? Because they were needed to activate weapons on toys. Does new toys of armada characters need them? No. But I would agree that we at least need new toys of minicons that transform into military vehicles like leader 1, it’s a shame that he wasn’t made for legacy armada megatron/galvatron. If we will get new toy of armada cyclonus it will be a shame if he will not come with his minicon beacuse on original toy you could combine them in vehicle form and you get helicopter with new longer cockpit.

Fun fact: Mini-cons are the biggest name thieves of all. In Armada, we have Mini-cons stealing the names Mirage and Ironhide. Then, in Transformers Adventure, we have Mini-cons stealing the names Jetstorm, Slipstream, and Bludgeon.

Hasbro can make new Mini-Cons, we have a new Jolt and Wisper(Wind Sheer) so they can do it. Me personally, I want Leader-1 for Megatron. I fully expect a box set like Dinoking or the Target exclusive Micromaster 20 pack.

I miss Scout and Cyberverse/Legends Class (Core Class era didn't do it for me, it's the same in size but not really in quality nor engineering) It's the perfect opportunity to release Minicons under a 'Micronus Prime' subline 😊

Hasbro shall never get my full respect until they get the minicons out. They can do various things and lip service but until they can do things right with minicons and finally finishing some casts they won’t ever have full respect. Can’t even make an Armada episode 1 cast of the 2 teams, we JUST got red alert but Demolishor and Cyclonus are missing

Collecting nearly all Armada back in the day it was crazy how much budget Hasbro had then to put towards these figures given the plastic quality, and gimmicks built into each one. The minicons first time around were probably just as good as some of the transformations were involved, and the tiny wheels were all pinned on. Even in later waves. Considering how Hasbro has been handling the Trigger cons I'd hate to see some of these reduced to one step transformations with molded on wheels though tbf the Super Link Jolt looked pretty decent. I'm still not to fussed by this as the whole point of the minicons was to cash in on the popularity of the Pokemon gotta collect them all craze, and unlock hidden gimmicks which have literally been stripped from every release so far. Though the cartoon made each of them an individual character, the individual toys to coincide with the main figures were mostly forgettable .Red Alert I think had Towline, and Wheeljack Wind Sheer I think. First time seeing the Armada Red with both hands. Wonder if it's a flip out out or detachable. Another great improvement over the original.
