Hello everybody!
This video is a morning routine Roleplay ASMR.
I've put in a lot of triggers that I personally like.
For example, when I walk to the floor with bare feet, and
when you're asleep, someone is getting ready to go diligently.
I feel like taking sleeping pills when I see the sunlight, so I tried to take a lot of feelings like going back into bed and going back to bed, but I do not know if it gets shown well in the video. Usually, I say "go to sleep" all the time, but
it felt awkward because I was saying "get up".
If you wake up in the morning and turn this video on when you're getting ready, I thought that you would be able to get up because I'm nagging you.
The next video is going to eat sea grapes!
(I was so addicted with sea grapes lately...
They're really delicious ... ♥)

* What is ASMR? *
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) means sensory experience such as psychological stability or pleasure in response to visual, tactile, auditory, olfactory, or cognitive stimuli. When I was a child, when my mother sat on my lap and ears, or when a hairdresser cut hair or shampoo hair in a hairdresser, You've always been there once. In these situations, it is called "ASMR" that makes you feel comfortable through tactile, auditory, visual, etc.
* ASMR who listens, why? *
People who watch mainly video are often used for insomnia, irregular sleep, or to focus on studying. Some people simply want to feel at ease or look for a specific sound.
* ASMR? *
ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a sensible experience like psychological relaxation or pleasant reaction to visual, touching, hearing, smell or recognition stimuli. For example, while your mother is cleaned your ears or a hairdresser cut and shampoo your hair, you felt drowsy. Or when you go to the mountains or sea, you feel relaxed and calm through the sound of nature. This process is called ASMR.
* Who & Why listen ASMR? *
Mostly, people who have insomnia, sleeping disorder and who want to focus on something, like studying, listen to ASMR. Of course, there are some people who want to be relaxed or who like to listen to certain kinds of sounds also listen to ASMR.
