okay, this was gifted to the NPG as a stunt, no curator PAID for this because of it's significance. It is also meaningless to the collection that Princess Catherine is now a patron as she has no control or say in what is collected or displayed. Misan Harriman has to give his work away as no museum wants to buy it.
