The big problem with Breakpoint is that you have to have internet service in order to play it because most of the game is on a server. One day, when they shut down those servers, and they will, your Breakpoint game will become useless and unplayable. With Wildlands, you can play it forever.

They showed us all these cool features that I wish wildlands had (More tactical options like Breaching fences and prone camouflage stealth take-downs etc). Then out of no where "We're going to add gear score and bullet sponge drone bosses."

The dialogue is terrible. No argument from me. Not even the corny jokes you got from your squad like in Wildlands. I suppose that's because the squad was introduced as a panic measure because the game was actually dying.

Great video man. I'm glad I found it. Edit: If you find yourself needing even more immersion for Breakpoint, turn UI Volume to zero and it will remove the hit marker "thud" sound. I prefer it that way, but you may not. I like to hear the sounds of my guns, especially when going loud

Wildlands is awesome and one of the very few games of it's size I've ever completed %100. i just started breakpoint recently and I'm not noticing much of a difference except breakpoint is a little better quality all around. I don't really like the robots but it's probably just because they harder to kill. This game is an S tier game imo. Thanks for the video gg

I have Wildlands. If/When Breakpoint is on a Steam Sale, I may pick it up. When it came out, user-reviews were not good. Steam still shows "Mostly Positive". Quite often I can't play Wildlands, because the server won't connect. Takes 5 to 6 attempts.

Wildlands is a lot more interesting. breakpoint world is dead. There is nobody in it. It’s a lot of places with people standing around waiting to get shot. Gunplay is nice but Wildlands is a like a busy living thing next to this.

i 100% agree. loved the stealth aspect of the game, but it was missing a lot of key components that could’ve made it the absolute best no doubt. i wish the AI enemies & teammates had a lot more dialogue depending on different scenarios, i wish the AI enemies were way smarter to make the game way harder, & that the world was a lot more alive all together. because it’s a huge map with a lot of emptiness to it.

I've played both Breakpoint and its predecessor Wildlands on PC for many hours (I've completed the story mission on Wildlands). Honestly, they're both must-have essential games that far out-do anything else for tactical fps in a huge open world, except for The Division games which are on par in terms of quality shooters, but in an alternative style. However, after much time flicking back and forth between Breakpoint and Wildlands, I'd say Wildlands is hands down my favourite of the lot and of any game for that matter. Breakpoint is still top quality though and an essential game.

The game is awesome. If you want a challenge, if you want rage rampage or if you just want a destruction therapy, this game has it all. I've been playing it for a year and there's still something new to explore. Even though the missions are mostly too easy, unless you play it on a insane difficulty, everything else is 10/10! Also, It would be a bit better with some new abilities of the helicopters and if the aiming and damage done by the helicopter cannon was better, but hey, there's no perfection on this world. Overall, with the money you pay for it you get SO much more back unlike most other games.

Breakpoint looks better than Wildlands, but Wildlands wins overall for variety of missions, environments and overall fun. I can't recall a single memorable mission in Breakpoint and I hated the drones. This first person mod looks good though, so I might give the game another shot...

Glad you're comparing the two games so adequately. Yes, Wildalnds was definitely better in terms of the liveliness of the environment and the story, but overall Breakpoint still took a step forward in physics, graphics, and overall gameplay feel. No one loved the drones, it was an inherently bad choice of setting for this game.

IAs a follower of nearly all of the TC games I've been a big fan of all the ghost recon games so i was on this from day 1 and put my crew onto this game and we rocked out on this as well as wildlands and we loved them both to the point I installed this game back onto my series X to play again. While it is playable solo it really is more fun playing with friends. Wildlands was a lot of fun as well I loved the predator content. it fit ghost recon so well being outside in the wilderness and you hear the predators crackling in the atmosphere got me shook and excited all at the same time not to forget the splinter cell content and it was very cool how breakpoint had the future solder content as well as the terminator. he was SOB to defeat but it was all fun. Can't wait to see what the next ghost recon brings to us, still don't understand all the negative press both of these games received. It's been content like this that made me ready to play breakpoints again. Great Video!

My biggest gripe with wildlands and breakpoint is that the ai teammates are such an afterthought. I'm playing Ghost recon, not splinter. Sam Fisher is the one man army not the Ghosts. Like I want that aspect to be fully fleshed out and make them not complete idiots. In wildlands they atleast had personality and backstories...breakpoint was added way later and have zero personality. Commanding a team should be a pillar of the game. It's why I love Future Solider but that was more linear but still my point stands.

GR BREAKPOINT is definitely an outstanding game. This game is a HYBRID tactical Shooter with a RPG vibe. But GR WILDLANDS is the better over all game simply because of the mission content and the game progression. BREAKPOINT has definitely a more refined shooting mechanics

No, it's not a mod. I just recorded the moment of sniper elimination from one angle first, and then from another with the help of AI partner. Then I combined them as if they were the same moment😉

What mods are you using? I completely hated Breakpoint at launch. I hate leveled loot, especially in a mil sim. However, the newer mode that removes it interests me. Found your video thanks. After thousands of hours of Wildlands I couldn't wait to play Breakpoint. Disliked it upon release and shelved hoping it would be improved. After hundreds of hours in other games looks like I need to try again. Btw, those that only rush through a game to see how fast you can finish cheat themselves out of hours of paid for gaming. The best games are replayable.

breakpoint is fun and has long been a tactical shooter which is great for coop or solos. The thing is that if only ubisoft would maybe continue to add in more updates and hopefully continue to care more for this game. other than that its a great game especially if playing with friends.

The need to work on the Missions and the story line very well, steady communication, more AI teammate they don't need to revive them again, and add some cenematic, under water missions, different countries special operation or war, cameras

I remember people trashing this game a lot on the internet since its release, because of that, I kinda skiped it till a few months back, when I decided to give it a try. HOLY SH*T!!!! What an awesome game!!! Poeple who trashed it seems to have shit inestead of brains in their head... I played for almost 100hs (Im not a multiplyer guy) and had one hell of an experience, one of the best I ever had since a long time.

I've never shared the crazy criticism this game received either. Yes, it had a botched launch and a bit of a different setting than everyone was expecting, but.... The game is actually awesome with tons of features. Glad you appreciate this game too! Thanks for this kind of feedback😉🤝

If they just made a large desert sandbox and remove most of these futuristic devices and scenery and add more population and more battle scenarios, and maybe a larger fireteam Ubisoft GR would’ve rise back to the top, died at wildlands unfortunately.

It’s a shame. Woodlands was awesome, great story mode, awesome online (SIMPLE STRAIGHTFORWARD) This crap aka Breakpoint, you have tons of micro transactions, an online only component that broke this game and a sh!t story mode. Classic Ubisoft. They can truly f$ck up a cup of coffee

I'm a Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six fan from the very beginning of the franchise. I wasn't sure when Wildlands came out but when I bought it, oh my lord did I like it. And Breakpoint just further captured me. An utterly fantastic game.. and if you have friends it is even better. My friends and I play on the most extreme settings since we like the challenge. That'll keep you honest since get downed is so easy at the extreme settings.

They had to officially implement first person mode to give this game new life. Instead of that they tried witht their filthy idea about implementing Ubisoft cryptocurrency into breakpoint and when they got negative response they shutdown support for breakpoint....
