He gets royalties from Ultimate Sin...but not from Bark at the Moon. Ozzy/Sharon made him sign a contract relinquishing his song writing credits to BARK. There is an Eddie trunk interview with Jake and Gregg Chaisson on KZbin...he explains all of it in great detail...really good interview

He got a lump sum of $100,000 at the time for all the songwriting credits on BATM.

@@warborn_inc. Nope, he's not getting royalties from TUS either. He sold them back shortly after getting fired. Jake's own words "i didn't want to deal with them (the Osbournes) anymore". He was probably getting coerced into it, knowing those thugs. Jake is not making any money from either BATM or TUS. And knowing what happened with those Badlands records, it's obvious why he ended up basically broke in Las Vegas, living in a trailer and selling his equipments.
