One of my biggest gripes with this movie was the guy who plays the step-dad. Seems like a great guy. Good husband and father, and he basically dies in one of the most gruesome ways imaginable. Way too serious for such a goofy movie. The premise behind 2012 is so outrageously dumb, that it should make no effort to take itself seriously. Can you translate to humanish?
@Spartan536Ай бұрын
In the United States there are different airspace classifications that determine things like maximum airspeed, cloud/visibility requirements, and entry equipment/procedures. A (Alpha) - Controlled, IFR ONLY B (Bravo) - Controlled, very restrictive entry C (Charlie) - Controlled, restrictive entry D (Delta) - Controlled, minimal restrictive entry E (Echo) - Controlled, not required to communicate G (Golf) - uncontrolled airspace There are weather minimums attached to each airspace and that gets in depth. As for airspeed, there is a general limit of no 250 knots airspeed below 10,000 feet unless your aircraft requires more than that in its performance index. Under Class Bravo airspace that speed limit is reduced to 200 knots. Above 10,000 feet in altitude the max speed limit is Mach 1, going supersonic requires special permission or war time emergency protocols.

hey if you didnt know, Jesus will fulfill you more than anything in this world, I speak from experience (from when i did Romans 10:9-13), he loves you and wants to be in a meaningful (not romantic) relationship with you. :) “that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:9-13 KJV “and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.” Mark 1:15 KJV If you want proof that Jesus and the Bible are true look a documentary called “Ron Wyatt discoveries 2022” on KZbin and a KZbin channel called Expedition Bible. They both examine archeological sites and discoveries that prove the Bible, and even reference secular sources. (Just don’t convert to 7th day Adventism after watching the documentary) And lastly if you don’t know the gospel and want to be saved search up “abc’s of Salvation Teenmissions” on Google and it should be the first or second result. When you click on it read the whole thing, and do what it says and have faith in Jesus while you are doing it, do not doubt, and if it is hard for you to do what it says, ask Jesus to help you, have faith that he will, and he will. God Bless :)

For some reason the first time I saw this movie I somehow didn’t connect the dots that this was supposed to be the same pyroclastic flow from the earlier Yellowstone super volcano eruption scene. I just thought it was a random ash cloud for no reason to create suspense, because Hollywood. It wasn’t until a second viewing where I realised, for once Hollywood didn’t consider that just because the main characters escaped from the Yellowstone eruption meant the volcanic danger was over. They actually followed through with the fact the danger from the Yellowstone eruption didn’t magically end just because the scene ended. It kept covering more and more of the country despite the fact they had escaped it once already in a smaller plane. It was still a looming threat that followed them to a new geographic location and caught up to them at a later part of the film.
@ThePhantomPhantoАй бұрын
"Giant ash cloud created by the super volcano will first envelope 👉Vegas, and the St.Louis, and then Chicago, and then at loong last... Washington DC will have its light go out!" This gives not only a preview of the major locations hit by the cloud in order of distance, but it's also a foreshadow about Vegas and, most important, DC before it gets shifted next to the new South Pole(Wisconsin). I'm still not sure if what's falling in DC during the President's final moments is snow(because of the nearby South Pole) or ash, but ash falls like that only if there's an active fire nearby, while the ash cloud was just self-moving instant death.

It’s Las Vegas! Not Los Vegas! On the title!
@davidnorman4786Ай бұрын
What bothers me the most about this is: the title. Did you not pay enough attention to see the name of the city??? LAS. Not LOS.

Most. Ridiculous. Movie. Ever. The only thing that didn't happen in this movie was the planet hitting an iceberg.

Is no one going to call out the title? Its Las Vegas not Los 👀
