Good people living in peace in a beautiful land. They are not rich, but they are rich in spirit. Another great video

Hi Guys What a great find, Vang Vieng with out the tourists. Machine is similar to mine, rice mill on one end and the other end for making flour. Eddie sent me a friend request so we will talk soon I think. Also talked to Skip who had a good suggestion on a grass plant Eddie could use to hold the bank together at Nee Nee's House.

The Big Loop Tour is truly epic . The waters look so untouched. We were just thinking the other day that Mina will inherit a treasure trove of videos that will be with for the rest of her life. I''m sure she will aprreciate the work and the memories you have created Todd and Neenee. All the best 👍👍 from Jim and Harriet

Great part of the trip today Todd. I can remember, when I was a child that out in the villages fuel pumps were always hand cranked like this. Just shows how old I am!! Loved the buffalo looking quizzically at you to see what the crazy farang was up to. (When was the last time you saw a sentence with three zeds in it?) The pools were amazing and your little foray t try and find the source was well worth the sacrifice you made with fire ants, mosies etc. I dislike those fire ants with a vengeance! Mina knows just how to twist her Papa round her little finger, bless her. Loved every minute of this one. As always thanks for sharing and may God continue to bless you all 😀❤🙏

Here in Minnesota we call 'em piss ants. I was told as a kid they bite and pee on the wound... Mostly found on the edge of a wooded area, you'd step onto a mound'/ant hill and good luck.

Great discovery that freshwater spring, swimming area . On the subject of The Ho Chi Minh Trail ..you would be rather cautious wandering off in the scrub for a pee.. might be your last !!! Given the bombing history of the place ….

Blue Lagoon No. 75? Does anyone have an idea of why the spring water is blue?
@Arctic_TravellerАй бұрын
A combination of clear mineralised water, algal bloom, and sky light refraction. Otherwise I don't know. 😂 In my part of the world when the sun doesn't rise above the horizon during the winter solstice, there is an hour of two of day with skylight reflecting of the pristine white snow giving the landscape a bluish hue.

Hey Todd. Ignore the wimps and sooks mate. Regarding the few cases of mystery sickness.might be Malaria. I see an adf guy go off after coming back from stint in Cambodia or Somalia. Can't remember which one. The reasonably nice guy turned into a aggressive lunatic . The high temp fever was the start of it. He did recover after treatment and went on to higher ranks.
