In this Video I have a Kubota SVL95-2S Skid Steer with a E:9521 pre NOx sensor troublecode. This code does not necessarily mean you need a new sensor. I have come across this issue before. I show you what part it is, what the issue is using my Snap On Tools BK5600 dual 5.5 inpection scope, how it affects the pre NOx sensor, and how to replace it. I also tell you what to do when it goes into its Regen process. Hope this video helps you and you enjoy it .

I just deleated the Turd $3500.00 including the straight pipe, stainless and I did it all myself and gained horespower.............NO DEF

Great video i have a svl 97-2 no codes but really bad vibration at idle plenty of power operates fine changed fuel filters just to see if it would help did not make any defrence any advice would be great thanks

this video is so entirely clear and concise..... so good that I'm hoping you'll point me in the right direction to deal with a 9510 code..... SVL95 2S ... running fine, I filled diesel tank with diesel. upon getting into cab 9510 code.... how could they be related? how could they not be related? Thanks for whatever help.. jk

Contact your dealer. E9510 is a code for urea injector error. There is a recall out on some of these units that make fix your issue at no charge. Worth a try. Parts are expensive. Let me know how it works out for you.

My name is Seth - wife over took my KZbin acct. My SVL 95-2S is throwing the 9510 code which says is the DEF injector. I took it apart by watching your video and mine does not appear to be wet or damaged. Of course that doesnt mean it isnt bad, but do you know how i would test if it is actually working? Thank you

Hard to do unless you have a laptop and the software. But try calling your dealer with your serial number. Some units have a recall that part of the fix includes a def injector. You might be lucky. Those things are expensive. Keep me posted. Thanks for watching.

After I cleaned the injector port (it was a little white) and went to put it back on, I noticed the insulation on the electrical connector that plugs into it was gone and some bare wire was exposed. I'm not sure if the ECM would have seen that and threw that code, but I took some solder and heat shrink and made it right. I ran it about 5 minutes to see if the code would pop up again, but so far so good. I am going to run it a little bit more this weekend and I will let you know if it reappears. Thank you

Hopefully it didn't run out of oil. These units have an over heat shut down. When the exhaust gets too hot it will shut down and not restart until it cools down. Let me know how your turns out.

So when I messaged you 3 weeks ago I was on a big job. My machine still won’t run. I changed the thermal beside the thermostat because it was leaking. I replaced the alternator and starter now I’m getting 18.6 volts. 😢

First thing I would check are your fuel filters. Not sure how many people use you skid steer but I have seen people get def and fuel tanks mixed up. Let me know what you find. Hope you find a cheap fix.

@@shanersmechaniclife3164 Hi, I have a 95-2s, but when dirt gets packed under the oil pan, the machine has a heavy vibration at idle. Clean out the belly pan, and see if that works
